When we experienced a leak outside our house, we contacted Tom. He came round very quickly and diagnosed a broken plastic pipe that was not an emergency. However, he repaired the pipe immediately. We were very impressed with the service we received and the quality of the work.

Just had new boiler fitted by Tom. Great service all round, from initial survey explaining my options to final installation. Super tidy covering all surfaces/carpets. Great attention to detail with all pipe work really neat and clean (despite being hidden in cupboard!) Once fitted Tom spent loads of time balancing all the radiators to get the system working as efficiently as it could. Would definitely recommend.

Having Tom in the house while this big project was completed was an absolute pleasure and the workmanship was first class. We had neglected our heating for too long and a lot needed doing.
