We used Lacey Heating for a complete bathroom refurbishment. Fabulous work by Luke and his apprentices. We felt informed and involved all the way through. Everyone went above and beyond to be helpful and the attention to detail was excellent. I can’t recommend them enough.

We used Lacey Heating to fit our Air Heat Source Pump at The Sele Farm Community Centre. Tony and his team were professional and did the job efficiently and left everything looking very tidy. Lacey Heating replaced our old central heating system - a task that nobody else seemed to want to take on! All the engineers have been extremely efficient, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly as have the office staff. There have been a couple of teething problems but these have been minor and sorted out extremely quickly.

Andy came out almost immediately after I called in a total mess with our broken tap. I was in a huge panic, water everywhere! He talked me through some steps on the phone and then when he arrived, was reassuring, calm, and funny. Would 💯 recommend him for other jobs!

Thanks to Lee and Matt for a great job on a new boiler install. Lee is very knowledgeable and professional with such a friendly, chilled out demeanour. In just 2 weeks of reaching out to him, he provided a free call out and gave a no jargon clear explanation on my options and breakdown of work involved in replacing a very old boiler. I appreciate the responsiveness in answering my post call out questions and the efficiency in scheduling my job. Matt undertook the install, he arrived on time and was very respectful of my property, removing his shoes on entry. He took care in ensuring carpets on the stairs and floor tiles in the kitchen were covered with dust sheets. I was WFH, but Matt just got on with the work at hand. Despite the size difference (the new boiler being considerably smaller) and some pipework obstacles, he did a fantasic tidy job on the installation. He definitely takes pride in his work. Both Lee and Matt did a walk through of the new boiler system and how to operate the new T3 thermostat. Official paperwork, warranty, and certs were all sent timely. Love the new Valliant EcoFit boiler. It's super quiet compared to my old boiler, and the thermostat settings are easy to operate. I’ve known Lee for a number of years where he was highly recommended by a friend Lee came to the rescue when my boiler had packed in and he installed a brand new one incredibly fast and great value for money. Saved me from cold showers!! Recently I reached out to Lee on the 30th Dec when my hot water stopped functioning in my new home and he was here within hours diagnosing a fix. Super impressed! What’s more impressive though is he’s very well known and trusted with local suppliers etc that a new part was supplied and fitted within 24hrs on New Years Eve, thanks again LDC. Lee, Matt etc.

I had a great experience with LDC Heating. Lee was really helpful and knowledgeable when I had an issue with my boiler. He was very prompt and professional and able to explain the issues to me very clearly. The work carried out was great and reasonably priced. He even followed up to ensure I was happy and that the issue was resolved. I would definitely contact LDC in the future if I have any issues.

Excellent service on such short notice!! We had a leak from under the bathroom sink at half 8 on a Saturday night from a push fit joint on a hot water pipe!! Herts 24/7 plumbing attended within 20/25 mins and had the issue fixed within 1 hour of my initial call!! Out of Hours cost was reasonable compared to other plumbers. Good advice given and he was friendly and knowledgeable!! Thank you so much - we will definitely call on you again for plumbing services!

We had a major leak with our mains pipe, I called Paul, within an hour him and his son came round to take a look. They quickly found the source of the problem and managed to get it repaired, working around their other jobs. Paul and his son came to us in the evening, soon fixed our plumbing issue, then spotted that the silicone around our bath was perishing, so did that at no extra cost. He's a genuine down to earth guy, and I highly recommend him!

Honestly if I could give more than 5 stars I would - we've used Paul a few times now, including to repair a leak in our kitchen and the fitting of a new shower pump. On every visit both Paul and his son Josh have been exceptional - polite, courteous and clearly know what they are doing! It's been great to find a local plumber that we can trust, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I can't thank paul and josh enough for turning our bathroom from tragedy into luxury. We went for a stone tile with a beautiful pebble rustic - everyone that has been round has commented on how stunning it is. They did everything, fixed the plumbing, fitted the vanity, the new plumbing and tiling - it's so beautiful and anything we asked for wasn't a problem. we have the most wonderful bathroom where I can now sit back, have a glass of wine and just enjoy my spa like bathroom. They did everything i needed in my house, changed radiators, fitted my dishwasher and washing machine as well as installing my sink and kitchen worktop so I could have my dishwasher. thank you guys. you have been a star.

NCS have just completed a heat pump installation. Having had quotations from several companies, the price NCS was by far the cheapest for the same materials and job. When they surveyed the property for heat loss etc the engineer was extremely knowledgeable, didn't try to sell any components that were not required. Upon installation the team couldn't have been more obliging. They worked quickly and soon overcame any unforeseen obstacles. They completed on time and gave endless good advice about using the system. Having met several companies who have appeared a little unprofessional, NCS is the one I would trust. I thoroughly recommend them.

We used NCS to supply and install our Solar Panels, Battery and Air Source Heat Pump. Firstly Stuart, who came to survey and sell us the system, went out of his way to explain things in simple language and didn’t try to blind us with science or pressurise us into a decision - it was obvious he knew his “stuff”. He also did not try to suggest or sell us things we didn’t need. Secondly, the install team (Martin, Lee, Tony and Joe) were excellent. They were polite, very tidy and methodical workers and cleaned up after themselves. There were somethings we weren’t happy with which they dealt with very professionally and changed the install to our satisfaction. We are very happy with our new system and would recommend using NCS. From my initial request for a survey to installation of a heat source air pump, NCS have been amazing! The initial survey was carried out quickly and the quote arrived the same day. My old oil boiler had stopped working so the decision was made to change over to an environmentally friendly option of an ASHP to replace it. Updating a heating system can be a daunting process but I was kept well informed throughout, my questions and concerns addressed promptly and all paperwork dealt with. As I had no heating or hot water, NCS prioritised the installation and within a week the work had started and within five days the system was up and running. The site conditions were less than ideal but the installation team, Martin, Tony and Lee, went above and beyond in getting the work done. Throughout, Dawn and Stuart were very helpful, supportive and answered any questions I had about the whole process.
