NCS have just completed a heat pump installation. Having had quotations from several companies, the price NCS was by far the cheapest for the same materials and job. When they surveyed the property for heat loss etc the engineer was extremely knowledgeable, didn't try to sell any components that were not required. Upon installation the team couldn't have been more obliging. They worked quickly and soon overcame any unforeseen obstacles. They completed on time and gave endless good advice about using the system. Having met several companies who have appeared a little unprofessional, NCS is the one I would trust. From my initial request for a survey to installation of a heat source air pump, NCS have been amazing! The initial survey was carried out quickly and the quote arrived the same day. My old oil boiler had stopped working so the decision was made to change over to an environmentally friendly option of an ASHP to replace it. Updating a heating system can be a daunting process but I was kept well informed throughout, my questions and concerns addressed promptly and all paperwork dealt with. As I had no heating or hot water, NCS prioritised the installation and within a week the work had started and within five days the system was up and running. The site conditions were less than ideal but the installation team, Martin, Tony and Lee, went above and beyond in getting the work done. Throughout, Dawn and Stuart were very helpful, supportive and answered any questions I had about the whole process. We used NCS to supply and install our Solar Panels, Battery and Air Source Heat Pump. Firstly Stuart, who came to survey and sell us the system, went out of his way to explain things in simple language and didn’t try to blind us with science or pressurise us into a decision - it was obvious he knew his “stuff”. He also did not try to suggest or sell us things we didn’t need. Secondly, the install team (Martin, Lee, Tony and Joe) were excellent. They were polite, very tidy and methodical workers and cleaned up after themselves. There were somethings we weren’t happy with which they dealt with very professionally and changed the install to our satisfaction. We are very happy with our new system and would recommend using NCS.
