Lock jammed in double glazed door, glazing firm came out and told us needed entire new lock from top to bottom of door and they would get back to us with cost. After three weeks of contacting them, they then said the part was no longer available and solution may be new doors costing maybe £3000. Contacted premier locksmiths Tring and George came out. The door was fixed and needed no parts, and was all done speedily and in an honest and businesslike way. I can thoroughly recommend Premier Locksmiths, Tring, and George, and thank him for his great service.

Alex came out as an emergency within 15 minutes of my call. I had lost my key whilst out on a run and had no way of accessing my house. He was very understanding and was into the house within 5 minutes of arriving so I could get warmed up! He changed the lock and the job was all done within 20 mins of arrival. George came out and looked at my front door issue very quickly - the same day as I called him. Did an interim fix and then came back and fixed it properly (exactly when he said he would!).
