Stephen arrived promptly at the time arranged to replace 2 front door locks and the lock/handle on the patio doors. He provided valuable professional advice regarding the security and cost of the options available. The new locks were fitted in an hour and I am very pleased with Stephen’s work. Came out to me within the hour and although a particularly tricky old style lock that doesn't exist and within an hour had totally refitted a new locking mechanism, new handles, thumb lock .... the works! Amazing locksmith Stephen is absolutely fabulous. I had a key stuck in my lock he came over so quickly and sorted it all out. He also sorted out my front door key. I would highly recommend Stephen so professional and very good at what he does. Such a great friendly guy. Will definitely use him again.

Stephen was great and i would highly recommend him. He came within 30mins of my call, spent longer than he expected fixing my (stubborn) lock but only charged me what we had agreed on the phone and also fixed a second lock on his way out for free! He showed my 6 year old some football skills on the front lawn and left a happy customer (and his son!) as he went on his way. A good, honest, friendly and old fashioned tradesman like they used to be.
