Excellent, would have given 6 stars if possible. Responded very fast (out of hours) to my initial request for help. Then visited the next day, where 2 very professional locksmiths sorted the problem and also made some general adjustments to the door. All for a reasonable fee, below initial estimate.

The guys from CJ’s came round first thing this morning to fix the lock on our bi-fold door. Brilliant service: fair price, punctual, professional and friendly. Also offered some great home security advice and put some WD40 on our front door to stop the lock catching. I’d highly recommend them.

Fantastic service, arrived on time, very clean and tidy worker. Offered us advice on what was best for our needs and reasons for this. He recomended that we replaced all locks as the property we purchased was an ex rental. Highly recommend this company! Definitely a 5 star!

We needed a lock changed and some keys to be cut. When we visited the shop the staff were very helpful and friendly. The keys were cut while we waited, and an appointment for the next day made for the lock change. The appointment time was kept and the work completed. The person doing the lock change was friendly and efficient. All in all a first class service.

Had problems with a Front Door that had become hard to shut, had to be slammed. Our back door had become hard to lock and unlock. Mark and Sam arrived promptly, repaired both door-locks, adjusted two French doors and two bedroom windows as well. Also asked them to replace two locks with guaranteed anti-burglar locks as I was so impressed with their professionalism. Extremely pleased with everything they did and will use them again and highly recommend CJs.
