Solid 5 stars all round. Moved into a new house, needed locks bringing up to BS insurance standards. I've always fitted our locks myself but the doors on this new house were properly posh and I didn't want to risk the expense of getting it wrong. I needed an expert. That's exactly what I got and I'm so glad I did. From initial enquiry, Lyn's diligent and friendly emails guiding us through the options, booking and especially Paul doing a A+ job fitting the locks, we couldn't be happier. The price was spot on too. It's always a pleasure to watch an expert at work, one who takes pride in getting everything "just so". Even the cover plate had to fall dead centre under its own wright and was tweaked... and re-tweaked until it did. Brilliant. Would thoroughly recommend.
