Game changer!! I generally don’t like going to new hairdressers, but going to Dominique and the girls @ Annabelles has totally changed my opinion. Such a friendly, professional service as well as really talking to you about what your expectations are. Loved the salon, very light & airy, and the girls couldn’t do enough for you, so felt very pampered. Left feeling fantastic! Highly recommend…not at all pretentious or snobby and I felt a million dollars when I left. Hidden gem 💎 in Stortford ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was great. I love my hair. They supplied drinks and food just incase. The staff were really nice, from Sophia. I had a lovely wash, cut, colour and blow dry. Staff all very friendly. Would definitely recommend, Sam

I am so happy I found Strictly Xtended and met Abigail. I have had NUMEROUS failed attempts at finding someone who can match my hair colour and Abigail really spent the time to find a perfect match (which is tricky if you see my hair colour). I went for tape extensions after Abigail explained all the options in my consultation, she made me feel really comfortable and at ease. When I had them put in my family and friends could not believe they were extensions due to their condition and colour... they look beautiful and and I absolutely love them. When having my maintenance done, Abigail really took the time to make them look like they were brand new again, I couldn't believe they were my old extensions when they were back in. I give Abigail 5 stars for her professionalism, hair skills and people skills - I love having my hair done and having a good chat with her! :)

Couldn’t recommend the lovely hairdressers at this salon enough! I travel quite a way to see Shannon and Abigail for all of my hair demands! They’ve helped me achieve all of my hair dreams! Shannon has managed to get my dull brown hair to baby pink, bright pink, purple , red , all without making it feel dry, damaged or brittle! I always get compliments on my hair now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The salon itself is also so gorgeous and the coffee menu is an added bonus! I’ll be back soon for some green dye! 👀 xx

I went to get My hair coloured yesterday and ordered my new extensions , Perry. Was so thoughtful and understanding and went out of his way too make sure I was comfortable back again tomorrow too get extensions in , I starting too get my confidence back thanks too Perry. He also so friendly and welcoming. Perry and Abigail make a great team.

Sheron is a very lovely person, her conversation and welcome are so nice. I got nail treatment, my nails are so beautiful. She also did a nice hand massage. I am happy to go there, ı will go again

Jenna was amazing! She really took great care of my acne scars and congestion. Also gave me detailed consultation on how to minimise my skin problem. I highly recommend her.

Had a fabulous hot stone massage with Sharon. Felt so relaxed afterwards and she really shifted the knots in my neck and shoulders. As well as a great masseuse, Sharon is warm and welcoming and has a lovely salon. I would thoroughly recommend paying her a visit 🙂

I discovered Halo Sanctuary accidentally but I’m so pleased that I did! Sharon is fabulous; she’s great at her job and so kind. Her massages are fantastic! I need them deep to help relieve my knots and tense muscles. I’m a sensitive soul and Sharon takes such care to ensure that she uses the most appropriate lotions for my skin. I have chatty massages, but silent ones are available! I always come away with a spring in my step and a smile on my face. I think that I need to rebook!

The Garden Room is a gem. It’s a perfect place for you if you are looking for a calm tranquil spa beauty treat and an escape from your hectic life even if its for an hour ! Maria is professional, friendly and a genuine person who pays attention and care in delivering high quality beauty treatments and experiences. I have been going to Maria for years ( for facials, massage and nails ) and now my teenager daughter goes there for leg waxes. We are a huge fan of The Garden Room and highly recommend it.

A lovely calming atmosphere. I have regular facials, pedicures and manicures. Maria is excellent ! My skin looks so good after and it’s so relaxing I’m almost asleep. Great relaxation ! Lovely pedicures ! Feet look and feel great afterwards. Good manicures too ! Maria alway takes great care with her treatments.

I love having all kid of treatments with Maria, beautiful pedicures and manicures, brow tints, waxing and relaxing massage. The bright garden room is so tranquil, feels like you are away on holidays!

Every appointment feels like catching up with a friend who also happens to be incredibly talented at what she does. Issy always knows exactly what I’m after, she really cares about the health of my hair and always recommends what’s good for it. She gives great advice and suggests products that actually work. I’ve been coming to Issy at Zoo for a few years now. I love when I have an appointment with her due to her profession yet friendly personality. I come to her from Suffolk as she’s the only person I trust to cut and colour my hair exactly how I like (she knows I’m super fussy). From the second you walk in to leaving the whole experience is super. Issy is so welcoming and chatty, it’s like having a catch up with a friend whilst getting your hair back to being healthy and looking gorgeous! I can’t recommend Issy enough!💆🏼‍♀️💇‍♀️

I’m utterly stunned with my hair results. Emilee worked a miracle on my brassy & outgrown blond locks! I’ve been looking for a salon in Bishops Stortford on and off over the last 3 years and I finally gave M Salon a go. I visited for a treatment and consultation to break the ice with a stylist and see how I felt in the environment. I felt comfortable and at ease, so booked in my follow up appt which truly was a full works situation, with outgrown blonde (brassy & yellow) highlights, and dry/brittle ends. When I arrived, I let Emilee know I’m quite nervous after a poor experience elsewhere a good 5 years ago and I would prefer that we took things slow and that she over communicated throughout the process, what’s involved, and be direct in managing my expectations with results. Emilee was amazing and really put me at ease by saying “we’re both new to each other and we can take it slow it together” and thanked me for letting her know. The service and experience Emilee offered was exceptional. I felt comfortable and confident in her knowledge of blonde damaged hair, products, and what was achievable. The end result is just stunning and I’m so happy with how it’s turned out. I finally feel in love with my long luscious locks again and can’t wait to come back for my next visit. Overall, all of the girls who work there who I met are lovely and welcoming. It can often feel intimidating going into a salon, especially when your hair is in dyer need of a refresh, but I didn’t feel that here. Verity is also a lovely and I enjoyed chatting with her whilst she washed my hair. Thank you Emilee & M Salon Team!

Grace was very lovely and welcoming. She listened to what I would like done with my hair and offered suggestions. The cut is perfect and I’m so pleased with it! The whole experience was brilliant. As someone with autism, I can find small talk very difficult and overwhelming but Grace was so easy to talk to. It also helped that she knew when the quieter times were in the salon so that for future appointments I can choose a quieter time.

The best cut in the most difficult conditions ( my daughter is autistic and it’s not possible ask her to sit quietly) Harry (the guy with red hair 🧑‍🦰 😉) was so professional and gentle.
