I am over the moon with my new hair cut and colour. Mariastella was amazing. She asked the right questions, gave the right advice and made me feel good about myself once I left. After a bad experience elsewhere, it was great to have a professional deal with my hair. Also, my 8 year old daughter loves having her hair washed, cut and styled by Fabia.

Mariastella is great , very friendly and patient! I am trying to explain what I want and through discussion she explains and then we agree on what we do together. i really liked my hair this time. thank you.

Zoo is the best salon, relaxed vibes with very talented stylists. Issy never fails to fulfil my dream hair goals. She has such a good eye for colour and perfects her cuts. I have never been disappointed, she always ensures my hair is just right before I leave the salon. Issy is up to date with trends, easy to talk to and honest. A lovely calming atmosphere. I have regular facials, pedicures and manicures. Maria is excellent ! My skin looks so good after and it’s so relaxing I’m almost asleep. Great relaxation ! Lovely pedicures ! Feet look and feel great afterwards. Good manicures too ! Maria alway takes great care with her treatments.

The Garden Room is a gem. It’s a perfect place for you if you are looking for a calm tranquil spa beauty treat and an escape from your hectic life even if its for an hour ! Maria is professional, friendly and a genuine person who pays attention and care in delivering high quality beauty treatments and experiences. I have been going to Maria for years ( for facials, massage and nails ) and now my teenager daughter goes there for leg waxes. We are a huge fan of The Garden Room and highly recommend it.

I love having all kid of treatments with Maria, beautiful pedicures and manicures, brow tints, waxing and relaxing massage. The bright garden room is so tranquil, feels like you are away on holidays!

I’m utterly stunned with my hair results. Emilee worked a miracle on my brassy & outgrown blond locks! I’ve been looking for a salon in Bishops Stortford on and off over the last 3 years and I finally gave M Salon a go. I visited for a treatment and consultation to break the ice with a stylist and see how I felt in the environment. I felt comfortable and at ease, so booked in my follow up appt which truly was a full works situation, with outgrown blonde (brassy & yellow) highlights, and dry/brittle ends. When I arrived, I let Emilee know I’m quite nervous after a poor experience elsewhere a good 5 years ago and I would prefer that we took things slow and that she over communicated throughout the process, what’s involved, and be direct in managing my expectations with results. Emilee was amazing and really put me at ease by saying “we’re both new to each other and we can take it slow it together” and thanked me for letting her know. The service and experience Emilee offered was exceptional. I felt comfortable and confident in her knowledge of blonde damaged hair, products, and what was achievable. The end result is just stunning and I’m so happy with how it’s turned out. I finally feel in love with my long luscious locks again and can’t wait to come back for my next visit. Overall, all of the girls who work there who I met are lovely and welcoming. It can often feel intimidating going into a salon, especially when your hair is in dyer need of a refresh, but I didn’t feel that here. After going through cancer treatment, my hair journey has been… emotional, to say the least. But thanks to Emilee’s magic touch, guidance, and genuine care, my hair is not just growing—it’s thriving. She’s not just a hairdresser; she’s a hair therapist, cheerleader, and all-around legend. 💇‍♀️💖

Grace was very lovely and welcoming. She listened to what I would like done with my hair and offered suggestions. The cut is perfect and I’m so pleased with it! The whole experience was brilliant. As someone with autism, I can find small talk very difficult and overwhelming but Grace was so easy to talk to. It also helped that she knew when the quieter times were in the salon so that for future appointments I can choose a quieter time.

I am so happy I found Strictly Xtended and met Abigail. I have had NUMEROUS failed attempts at finding someone who can match my hair colour and Abigail really spent the time to find a perfect match (which is tricky if you see my hair colour). I went for tape extensions after Abigail explained all the options in my consultation, she made me feel really comfortable and at ease. When I had them put in my family and friends could not believe they were extensions due to their condition and colour... they look beautiful and and I absolutely love them. When having my maintenance done, Abigail really took the time to make them look like they were brand new again, I couldn't believe they were my old extensions when they were back in. I give Abigail 5 stars for her professionalism, hair skills and people skills - I love having my hair done and having a good chat with her! :)

Couldn’t recommend the lovely hairdressers at this salon enough! I travel quite a way to see Shannon and Abigail for all of my hair demands! They’ve helped me achieve all of my hair dreams! Shannon has managed to get my dull brown hair to baby pink, bright pink, purple , red , all without making it feel dry, damaged or brittle! I always get compliments on my hair now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The salon itself is also so gorgeous and the coffee menu is an added bonus! I’ll be back soon for some green dye! 👀 xx

Ramona is a beautiful kind soul. I had the pleasure of going to Ramona for a vampire facial. I had pigmentation, blocked pores and I had this treatment after a holiday. It has improved my skin so much and my skin looks glowing. I will be booking in for a regular treatment with her I can’t reccommend enough!

This review is for those who want to get an aesthetic treatment but are not so sure about. 😊 I will share my experience with you after booking for few procedures with Ramona. ❤️I will list everything below and give details. 1. I did by Botox and I am amazed by the results and the consultation prior the procedure. It was the first time when a practitioner took time to explain everything. What surprised me was that Ramona did so many injections compared with my previous practitioner. 2. I also did my lips, or she had to correct a wrong injections from previous practitioner. I never was more happy with my lips. I look forward to see the final result and to work on the future steps to get the desired outcome. Since I had a bad experience I didn’t trust anyone to re-do my lips, but Ramona as she seems to be so dedicated and listening to her clients. Constantly we checked the shape, she didn’t stop until I was happy 💯. 3. During the same visit I trued her to do few more treatments such as: chin correction, threads and under eye booster. So far I am very pleased with the results. I cannot wait to heal and enjoy the final look. Overall this was my experience with Ramona. She has excellent communication skills and very friendly. I hope my feedback will help you decide whether you want to try aesthetic procedures or not.

Had a fabulous hot stone massage with Sharon. Felt so relaxed afterwards and she really shifted the knots in my neck and shoulders. As well as a great masseuse, Sharon is warm and welcoming and has a lovely salon. I would thoroughly recommend paying her a visit 🙂

I discovered Halo Sanctuary accidentally but I’m so pleased that I did! Sharon is fabulous; she’s great at her job and so kind. Her massages are fantastic! I need them deep to help relieve my knots and tense muscles. I’m a sensitive soul and Sharon takes such care to ensure that she uses the most appropriate lotions for my skin. I have chatty massages, but silent ones are available! I always come away with a spring in my step and a smile on my face. I think that I need to rebook!

Skin by Dr Caroline- Bishop's Stortford is in a great location with a clean, beautiful, and relaxing atmosphere. Sharon is always so warm and welcoming, and my skin has never looked better! I can’t wait for my next visit.
