Great service as always 🌟 Mariastella is marvellous! Really friendly , gives lots of info on treatment and after products. She's very patient with someone that dosnt keep up with maintenance 🤦‍♂️. I had a lovely hair treatment which was very relaxing and my hair looked wonderful after 😁

Anna, Michael and their family are very talented. They have looked after my hair for 18 years. The welcome at the salon from everyone is warm, friendly and kind. I love the products used and my hair is in excellent condition.

I am over the moon with my new hair cut and colour. Mariastella was amazing. She asked the right questions, gave the right advice and made me feel good about myself once I left. After a bad experience elsewhere, it was great to have a professional deal with my hair. Also, my 8 year old daughter loves having her hair washed, cut and styled by Fabia.

On par of top London hairdressers and after a short consultation Anna knew immediately what would be best for my style she was spot on so glad I found a fabulous hairdresser locally for my needs with such wonderful expertise!! This review is for those who want to get an aesthetic treatment but are not so sure about. 😊 I will share my experience with you after booking for few procedures with Ramona. ❤️I will list everything below and give details. 1. I did by Botox and I am amazed by the results and the consultation prior the procedure. It was the first time when a practitioner took time to explain everything. What surprised me was that Ramona did so many injections compared with my previous practitioner. 2. I also did my lips, or she had to correct a wrong injections from previous practitioner. I never was more happy with my lips. I look forward to see the final result and to work on the future steps to get the desired outcome. Since I had a bad experience I didn’t trust anyone to re-do my lips, but Ramona as she seems to be so dedicated and listening to her clients. Constantly we checked the shape, she didn’t stop until I was happy 💯. 3. During the same visit I trued her to do few more treatments such as: chin correction, threads and under eye booster. So far I am very pleased with the results. I cannot wait to heal and enjoy the final look. Overall this was my experience with Ramona. She has excellent communication skills and very friendly. I hope my feedback will help you decide whether you want to try aesthetic procedures or not.

Had my lips done with Ramona twice 🥰 very happy of course. I went to Tisdalls today, and I had an exceptional experience. I’ve booked throughout the website, but it didn’t go through properly. However, Tina and the receptionist made everything possible for me to get my highlights done the same morning. Game changer!! I generally don’t like going to new hairdressers, but going to Dominique and the girls @ Annabelles has totally changed my opinion. Such a friendly, professional service as well as really talking to you about what your expectations are. Loved the salon, very light & airy, and the girls couldn’t do enough for you, so felt very pampered. Left feeling fantastic! Great products wonderful staff and they actually listen to what you want and advise appropriately , this place knocks spots off others I have tried on the high street, giving a relaxed and friendly environment and they don't rip you off unlike others that charge ridiculously over the top ! Great introduction offers and I left with my hair looking and feeling fabulous . I won't go anywhere else now . I have had massage , waxing, brow tint ,nails and hair to date and absolutely thrilled with everything. Love this place! Tried them out using a treatwell voucher back in April and have been going back ever since. Best place I've gotten my hair done in awhile. Experienced stylists that clearly know what they are doing. Recommend Angie for hair.

I’m always sceptical going to a new salon but this one didn’t disappoint! Lovely experience from start to end. All staff were lovely. Charlotte who did my hair was brilliant - professional, chatty and did my blonde highlights and cut/blow dry beautifully. Good value too with the February offer of 20% off a service. Amber did a nice job with my Shellac nails too. The whole time I had a lovely and personal experience. Will be back!

It's got amazing service and the staff are so lovely and are so interested in you they make sure to get everything for you and make u feel right at home. The hair cut my mum gets their is always fabulous and she looks so good. Anyway all the people look amazing after they come. I would come again and again and again over and over again just because its that's good. Amazing 5 star review

I have been getting my nails done here for the past 6 months, and I could not recommend FLAVO enough. Danielle does my BIAB manicures and they are the best manicures I’ve ever had. They easily last 4 weeks (I could go longer), and are always done so perfectly. 5 stars all round.

Want to share my experience at flavo's with a trainee tech. Alice made me feel at ease and made my nails look fabolous, colour was neat. She paid extra attention to the shade and observed closely to get an even layer of the gel. It was lovely to come to the studio to meet a professional who is succeeding in her career. Top stars and would support again in my next visit. Alongside the staff that day were continuing a deep clean which was nice to be reassured. Christine used Azzalure, and her skill and precision were evident from the very beginning. She took the time to explain how different facial muscles—like the frontalis (forehead), glabellar complex (frown lines), and orbicularis oculi (crow’s feet)—work together and how my own features naturally form expression lines. This wasn’t just an injection appointment—it was a tailored consultation that respected the anatomy of my face. What stood out was how Christine assessed the dynamic movements in my face—how I raise my brows, squint, smile, and even rest. She used this to strategically place Azzalure for a natural, refreshed look without that “frozen” feeling. I could still express myself, just without the deep creases and tension that had started to settle in. Flavo Beauty Salon & Clinic are an amazing team of ladies who offer a whole host of treatments. I have had my nails done by the team for 9 years now! Today I had a massage, one of the newest treatments they offer, and oh my! So lovely. Sofia took the time to find out my problem areas and which areas I wanted to avoid due to injury as well. Extremely professional, the team is constantly updating their knowledge, and expanding the treatments they offer. They are all very friendly, and simply the best Salon in Bishop's Stortford. I won't go anywhere else.

The last time I had my nails done was over a year and half ago for my nephews wedding. Working in retail the policy was no nail vanish , I only found out a few days ago that we are now allowed to wear nail vanish. Soon as I heard this I booked an appointment at Flavo Beauty saloon. I had the lovely Danielle do a French manicure. Danielle took such great care and pride doing my nails. She was absolutely lovely and chatty. I have booked my next appointment with her. I would throughly recommend Flavo. All the ladies are lovely and welcoming.

Been going to Lucy for 10+ years. She’s the best of the best! Such a friendly and relaxing salon. Prices reflect the brilliant service you receive. Couldn’t recommend her and Dodge salon enough.

I CANNOT recommend Dodge Hair enough. It is such a beautiful salon with the best hair stylists. I always go to Lucy who knows my hair inside and out, and always mixes the best colours. I’ve been going to Lucy for over 10 years and she is nothing but amazing. Highly recommend all the girls.

After traveling for business and my stay being extended (and I missed a flight) I found this lovely salon! It is so clean, friendly and very reasonably priced. I travel a lot and I find sometimes that new salons I feel awkward in as they know I will not be a regular client; here I was made to feel extremely welcome. My nails are stunning and all I can say is a big thank you and if I am ever at stansted airport again I will be going back there!

The staff were wonderful- they opened up on a bank holiday just for me. They did an amazing job both on my nails (holly) and spray tan (Linda). My nails were beautiful and lasted about 2 weeks, the tan also lasted almost a week and looked very natural. Thanks so much for making me feel and look amazing for my wedding day!!

Treated my sister to and manicure and pedicure and had my own nails painted and had a sunbed, the staff were extremely welcoming and homely, felt like I was having a treatment in my own home, we felt so comfortable and relaxed. Will definitely go again

Kerry was absolutely brilliant. Not only did she give me a great haircut which I love but her time and attention to ensuring my new cut suited both my appearance and my lifestyle was second to none. I struggle with social anxiety and close personal contact, so the hairdressers is a place I usually avoid. Kerry’s ability to make me feel completely at ease and her listening skills are something I’ve never experienced before. I think I have tried 20 hair salons in Essex and Hertfordshire in 17 years and finally I have found a stylist who actually listens to want i wanted and delivered it too. Joanne was so attentive, listened to my concerns and gave me the colour i wanted. She was friendly, polite and great sense of humour. The salon was clean and inviting and all the staff were extremely friendly. Joanne is my new bbf 😊 i would 100% recommend elements and most definitely Jo 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶
