The job we priced and agreed through photos yet he still came to check the product chosen was the correct one. Date agreed. Lee arrived on time and completed the work in 1 day. I’m very happy.

Whilst leaning out of a dormer window I discovered one of our very heavy slate tiles had completely detached and was likely to slide down onto the driveway below either smashing a car or worse killing someone. I immediately looked into hiring a cherry a picker to access the roof safely and using a handyman to silicon the tile into place. Half day rental was £595+vat and would be a nightmare to arrange. I decided to find a roofing company thinking maybe an expert might be the better option. I texted Radlett Roofing and immediately received a response and a much better price than the option above. Even better was the promise of completing the job the next morning - putting my mind at rest. They arrived first thing and sorted it easily. They also spotted and photographed two broken further tiles to show me, one of which was already resting in the gutter. They sorted all of it within the original quote, and were courteous and tidy. Will definitely be using them again!

At last! A company that delivers what they promise at a realistic price! We have had numerous patch it/bodge jobs on our kitchen roof over the last 10 years resulting in a succession of leaks. Now at last someone (Matthew) who knows what he’s talking about and lives up to his promises. Our kitchen roof has a low pitch and our tiles and velux windows were not able to cope with heavy rainfall. Previous roofers had tried ( expensively) to fix the leaky roof without success. Matthew has installed specific low pitch velux windows and tiles and taken great care over sealing the edges to the roof, as well as ensuring our interior ceiling is returned to its original condition. We would not hesitate to use him again or to recommend him.

Matt and his team did a great job installing a velux window in a bathroom, with the additions of external roller blind and internal blind, all solar powered to operate. I was very happy with the speed of response to my enquiry and all communication. Matt and his team worked efficiently and did a great job and left the room clean and tidy. Upon researching them further, we did not think that some of them would be around for the next 20 years to honour their guarantees. A surveyor friend recommended TCK (who have been around since 1969 and long may they prosper!) Thomas (one of many talented and charming brothers) came along and talked me thru possible problems and the need for insulation etc. I had skylights built in and we discussed changing them to triple glazed glass. In short, my experience with Lee Roofing Services was simply outstanding. Isaiah and the team worked on my house just after I purchased it. They identified an issue causing water ingress, lifted the entire roof off the house to fix it and completed ancillary work around my chimney and gutters (all in 5 days!).They were complete professionals from start to finish and communicated clearly to us throughout the job. We knew exactly what was happening on each day and they did not go a penny over their initial quote. The team was also very friendly and polite. We thought we simply had 1-2 slipped tiles! It quickly became clear that the damage was more severe. Liam talked us through the options of repair / complete renewal. Despite the cost we opted for a new roof as Supreme could remove/ re-install the existing solar panels. The team onsite were polite, efficient and left the site tidy each day. We were kept informed as to what was happening and when they would be onsite. The work has been done to the highest standard and really enhances the property. Supreme were flexible about funding everything at short notice. We thoroughly recommend them.

They were reasonably priced compared to other quotes we got, they were able to schedule in the work quickly, their workmen were polite and professional and they’ve done a great job on our guttering.
