Fantastic dentist, team and service. Very friendly and caring, always looking to save teeth rather than remove. I would say he is a perfectionist that takes pride in his work and takes the time to explain your options and give his advice and guidance. Trustworthy and attentive to the customers needs. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else (and I've experienced quite a few practices around Hertfordshire).

Ric has done fantastic work for me, truly transformative. I have had extensive treatment and he has been fantastic each time I have visited. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone, particularly anyone who needs intensive or significant work done. I was incredibly apprehensive about having such intensive treatment done but Ric well and truly put those fears to bed. You can tell he is a man solely focused on the quality of his work and the satisfaction of his patients, and that attitude clearly pays off as I’m incredibly satisfied and will be using him again for any future work I may need doing. I was so nervous about my wisdom teeth extraction but in the end it was so unnecessary, the dentists were so good at calming me down and they made sure I was comfortable as it was so obvious that I was really nervous. Ric did a great job with the extraction and the procedure just lasted a few minutes, I didn’t feel any pain at all and I was surprised how quickly he extracted my wisdom teeth! I then came back for the bicarbonate teeth cleaning after 3 weeks with Leen and it was great too, it was lovely how she pointed out some bad practice in my dental routine and she gave me tips and recommendations on how to improve it. I will definitely recommend these dentists to my family and friends, it was a great experience overall!
