Jay and Maria did an absolutely fantastic job. They were thorough, diligent, they followed up with great communication and repeat visits until the job was finished. On top of that they were super courteous, polite and helpful to deal with beginning to end. Couldn’t ask for more really. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat.

Jay and Maria did a fantastic job at my parents’ house, both 10 days ago, and today, on their follow-up visit. They were punctual, polite and friendly and managed to communicate well with my father, who is very hard of hearing. They explained clearly what their plan was, and went about safely laying traps and poison for the mice that were in the property. Today, they were able to block the holes that they had identified and fit grills to air bricks, that might have allowed the mice access. Jay and Maria carried out their work on both visits in a professional manner, taking care to put on shoe covers when indoors, and putting anything that needed moving, back where they had found it. I would highly recommended Emergency Pest Control.

Steven carried out a drains survey and did a thorough job. He also went beyond what he was hired for in terms of looking for the problem. Steve and his colleague was approachable and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately we recently had an issue with mice behind the units in our kitchen. A quick call was made to Max and he responded straight away. Max quickly found their entry point, an air brick and fitted a cover to stop them coming in. He also laid poison to kill the existing mice. Over the following 4 weeks Max returned every week to make sure they were all gone and weren't coming back. We're very pleased with Max's work and the results were perfect, no more mice problems. Max has been so helpful when we had a recent mouse in our loft. He was quick, checked all possible access areas and put measures in place to stop mice in their tracks. He was very thorough with four visits, and being flexible with timings. We would highly recommend him.

Max was fantastic. We had a rat get in to our house, most probably through an old cat flap. It chewed our underfloor heating pipes, dishwasher water feed and got in to a cavity wall and our loft. We tried shop bought bait and traps with no success, leading us to call an expert. Max was friendly and professional. He meticulously checked the outside of our property for entry holes and filled them, before laying different types of bait and traps resolving the issue within days. Thank you Max!

Favorite Pest Control. They can handle anything thrown there way. We had a German Roaches infestation about 2 years ago and called them to do an estimate. They came out that week and needless to say, it's been great to be roach free ever since. Most affordable rates and 5-star service. They will do the job right the 1st time.

Greg has done some pest control for us, well i could hear rodent noises in the loft turned out to be pipes/tank/boiler issue. He very kindly didnt charge for this visit. Very happy with service, communication and he really is a nice, honest, friendly guy. Would recommend.

We contacted Dan to deal with a pest problem, having found him on google and read several reviews. Dan came to have a look and gave us his thoughts, at no charge. His initial advice was that we should wait and monitor for a while, since it was possible that the problem had resolved itself. I would absolutely recommend using Tim to deal with any rodent problem. We had a persistent issue in our garden which Tim dealt with efficiently and promptly. He really was just a phone call away and we really appreciate his expertise in this area. A very friendly guy who explained all the options as well.

We returned from holiday mid evening to 6 squirrels living in the loft. We called Tim and he was with us by within the hour. Tim ran through the procedure and was understanding as we were freaked out. He reassured us. The traps were set and whole where the squirrels were jumping in from the tree was blocked up that evening. Tim returned when he said he would and the whole process was so smooth.
