After being sent two ineffective pest control companies by our managing agents, I fortunately found Dan. He immediately located the point of entry for flats on our development and fitted a rat flap, which has resolved the issue. Dan is polite, professional and commited to getting the job done. He is now contracted to deal with our four yearly maintenance. Thank you, Dan!

We contacted Dan to deal with a pest problem, having found him on google and read several reviews. Dan came to have a look and gave us his thoughts, at no charge. His initial advice was that we should wait and monitor for a while, since it was possible that the problem had resolved itself. Always a positive sign when someone who is in a position to easily sell you their services doesn't do so. As it turned out, the issue continued and so we enlisted Dan's help. His pricing and working methods are transparent and fair to the client. In the end, several visits were required to fully resolve the problem, but Dan made it clear that he was perfectly happy to do this and that it was all included in the initial cost. Dan is very easy to deal with. His approach combines a great deal of knowledge and experience with common sense, patience and pragmatism - and good humour. We're very happy that we called Dan and would definitely use his services again.

Favorite Pest Control. They can handle anything thrown there way. We had a German Roaches infestation about 2 years ago and called them to do an estimate. They came out that week and needless to say, it's been great to be roach free ever since. Most affordable rates and 5-star service. They will do the job right the 1st time.

Max is a lovely friendly guy who did a great job. Came back a few days later to fill up the holes where the bees we’re living. Great service. Responded quickly and price was competitive. Done a great job. He is my go to from now on. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Max. We noticed we had rats coming into our property. Max took my first call out of hours on a Friday evening, and immediately committed to come round first thing on the Saturday morning. In total he visited the property about 5-6 times until both him and us were convinced that the problem was fully resolved. He was reliable and professional throughout. He was never in a hurry to finish an appointment and move on, he always took the time to explain things and make sure we were happy, and even communicated with us between visits. I felt his price was very fair and represented good value. Not only did he catch all of the rats over the course of a couple of weeks, he went above and beyond to fill entry points on the interior and exterior of the property to prevent the problem re-occurring (at no additional charge). Max was very genuine and clearly puts the customer first, a pleasure to deal with. 10/10.

Max has been so helpful when we had a recent mouse in our loft. He was quick, checked all possible access areas and put measures in place to stop mice in their tracks. He was very thorough with four visits, and being flexible with timings. We would highly recommend him.

Max was fantastic. We had a rat get in to our house, most probably through an old cat flap. It chewed our underfloor heating pipes, dishwasher water feed and got in to a cavity wall and our loft. We tried shop bought bait and traps with no success, leading us to call an expert. Max was friendly and professional. He meticulously checked the outside of our property for entry holes and filled them, before laying different types of bait and traps resolving the issue within days. Thank you Max!

I phoned Steve on Saturday afternoon and by Sunday afternoon he was on my doorstep. Looked like I had a mouse but may have already caught it in an existing trap. Steve checked all the loft and my adjoining garage for activity. There was very little evidence so he offered me some great free advice on how to continue to deal with them. Because the issue was possibly dealt with he refused to take any oayment, stating his advice is free of charge. I was amazed and very grateful as I’m a pensioner.
