Excellent service, I went to get my car MOT. from start to finish was a pleasure. My mum needed some work done on her car at the same time, roy carter went above and beyond to help 🙂... After an incident with a bollard in Hertford my car needed some attention from Premiere Body Repairs - first time I had needed this sort of service and they were excellent. Very quick quote provided and the work underway the following week. Collected the car this morning and it looks brand new ! Thank you to the guys that did the work - price was something I was very comfortable with also.

So far so good. Did an MOT and follow-up repairs with them last year. More recently, I had some loose covers making huge rattling noises and they took the car in and fixed the issue on the same day I called (all within 2 hrs or so!). I'm not a car expert, but the prices seem reasonable to me.

We had exceptional service, we popped into Kwik Fit Hertford on the off chance, not having an appointment, my tyres where low on air which was done straight away, a new windscreen wiper needed, to be replaced, they ordered it and by the time we where about to leave it had arrived and was fitted. Following a really poor experience at another garage, I was really pleased to have a fast and honest service done at Kwik Fit Hertford. Jacob was very welcoming and easy going. Excellent experience (as far as a wheel alignment on a Saturday morning can be!).

Came here as a new motability customer. Matt was extremely patient and understanding. He explained everything to me, fixed my tyre quickly and then explained how I can bring my car in anytime for assistance, service etc. A really nice guy and a fantastic team member. In fact, very happy with Hertford KwikFit all round.

Had nightmare when travelling from Plymouth to Wadesmill to stay for my daughts graduation, we broke down on the M25 and was recovered to our accommodation. We had a cracked thermostat housing. I rang several garages first thing the next morning and none of them would help, even when I explained I needed to return to Plymouth for work in a couple of days. Luckily Star Street garage was on my list and they said bring it down that morning. They tracked down a replacement part and had it fixed within two days! Very helpful and thoroughly recommend them

I always use Halfords as their staff are consistently helpful and friendly. They have really surpassed themselves this time though and have been so helpful and patient during a very difficult time for us. They were efficient and explained everything in layman's terms.
