These guys needs a review as i had such a good service here. Easy to book appointment online and for a Sunday too. I had a air-conditioning recharge done. Greeted with great friendly staff that interact with the public which is good to see. The service was done so quick. I will definitely be back for anything else I need doing...thanks guys ☺️

I would just like to take this opportunity to offer some positive feedback after my visit to Kwik fit, Argyle Road, Stevenage. I was very impressed with the appearance of the garage itself. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. I would like to highlight in particular the following staff. Matt who worked front of office he was very friendly & accommodating giving me opportunity to have additional unplanned work. I attended initially for my wheel alignment but also had an ongoing issue with my TPMS & knew that I had a faulty sensor but at the time of booking my appointment on-line I couldn't add to the booking. Dean who carried out the wheel alignment was very friendly, diligent he took time to show the corrections needed in advance & the price. Finally, Tommy who carried out the replacement sensor was once more very friendly, helpful & diligent. He took time for me to explain the rather protracted cause of the fault which demonstrated his patience & determination to get to the bottom of the problem which I am extremely grateful for. Once more he took time to show me the solution & the price was agreed prior to the work being carried out. I will certainly be returning in the future & making recommendations to friends & family of my positive experience.

After such a positive experience today, I felt compelled to leave a glowing review. I went to the Stevenage branch at lunchtime to enquire about a new tyre following a blow out. The branch was extremely busy but the Manager was very accommodating. They had the exact tyre I needed, and fitted it quickly. The fitter went out of his way to help and answer all my questions. He even checked the other tyres and put the spare back under the vehicle for me. Top guys, super friendly, and A1 service. I don’t often leave reviews, but my experience today was 10/10. Thanks guys!

Very honest company. There was a minor communication issue while I went for MOT, but they handled it appropriately and with great professionalism. I would go back.

Can’t thank the staff here enough! They did a puncture repair for me at short notice the day before I had to drive to Devon, and then squeezed me in to replace a punctured tyre less than 24 hrs later on the day I was travelling - they literally saved my holiday!
