This is the best tyre shop I have ever visited. Had a flat tyre on my 2 day old car. Couldn't get much help from my lease company. Aaron at STS Stevenage was very helpful and knowledgeable. I am really happy with the service I received. I took my car in to get the tyres changed and gave them the locking nut key. Unfortunately, the key got deteriorated during the removal process, and the team called me right away to let me know that it could only be replaced by the manufacturer. Without me even asking, they offered to reimburse me for it. That saved me the hassle of having to argue or feel disappointed, giving me complete peace of mind. The team also offered to replace my TPMS sensors as a goodwill gesture if I provided my own sensor. This is by far the best tyre service shop I’ve been to. Aaron, in particular, was very patient, addressed all my questions, and is extremely knowledgeable. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority. Highly recommend this place!

The Stevenage Branch, is expertly managed by Aaron. He runs a tight ship and every time we have visited everything runs super smoothly. He explains everything and gives good advice. Also must mention, the toilets are pristine and sweet smelling, something I'd not expected from an all male working environment.
