Popped in to sort out a noise on my car and these guys were awesome and explained everything and showed me the part they replaced. I find it very helpful as I don't have a clue about cars and I have been to garages before and felt they tried to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. These guys were amazing and super helpful. I will 100% recommend them to anyone, Ian the manager on site was super friendly and helpful and couldnt be more helpful. Thank you to all you guys. I had such a great experience at IN’n’OUT Autocentres in Stevenage! I popped in to get my windscreen wipers replaced, and the service was incredibly quick. The gentleman at the desk was really kind and helpful — and to my surprise, due to the short waiting time, he said the replacement was on them and didn’t charge me! It’s rare to come across that kind of generosity and customer care these days. I left feeling really looked after and will definitely be coming back for any future car needs. Highly recommend!

Ian was so helpful when I needed my hand break looking at, I called in advance the day before to let him know that it might need tightening so when I turned up the next day he dropped everything to help me. He did an amazing job and fixed the issue so quickly teaching me what to do in the process incase it happened again, thank you Ian ☺️

My engine management light came on unexpectedly as I was due to drive to a wedding. I called the centre in a panic and Ian was incredibly helpful. He very kindly checked my car right away and diagnosed the issue. It wasn't long before I was back on my way. I can't thank Ian enough for his honesty and knowledge. I'm glad I managed to find a trustworthy garage at such short notice!

Exactly as the name suggests my car went in and out for the MOT in less than an hour, no issues at all. On Monday (13.01.) I booked a MOT appointment for Wednesday (15.01) at 15:00 and paid the £45.00 fee. Took my car to the garage at 14:55 on the Wednesday, checked it in and by 15:42 I got a text message saying my car is ready for collection. The car - 2016 reg - passed, no advisories, so I am very happy with that. To be fair the receptionist was not the chattiest of people, but that did not bother me, as the job I was there for got done. So will happily recommend to others and also would use the MOT service again in the future.
