I have been visiting Smilecraft for almost a year now and have had extensive work done with Bradley - including several fillings, root canal work and whitening procedures. Throughout all of this I have had the most friendly, helpful and professional service I have ever received from a dental practice - everyone I have encountered has been brilliant at every stage. On top of all this it has always been a pleasure to see Bradley - his calm, friendly manner makes a huge difference. He makes sure to explain everything, allows me to ask questions and checks I am happy with each stage of the work being done. I could not be happier with the service I have received and have already recommended Smilecraft to many of my friends and colleagues.

I have been going to the dental practice for years but didn’t realise that I had not been since just after Covid .. but they still welcomed me back readily . I had a root canal performed and probably like others are a nervous patient . Paul Wallder always makes it look so easy and doesn’t make a fuss .. he assures me everytime I go it will All be good and as always it is .. I actually said to him Today please do not leave !!!!! I never leave reviews but everyone must know how amazing Stacey is! I had my wisdom tooth removed, I’m no good with clinical situations and she made me feel at ease. The procedure went smoothly however afterwards I came across very faint and passed out just outside the reception. Stacey and the receptionist (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name during the chaos) were so helpful and attentive. I’ll forever be grateful that Stacey caught me as I fell otherwise I could’ve ended up with a lot worse than a scraped knee from the concrete🤕 Thank you both so much for all the care you gave me on that day and sorry again for causing a scene!🤣 Would 100% recommend this place for extractions

I was referred to this practice by my own dentist to have a tooth removed as it was near my sinus.i saw Mr Olusanya who was amazing. I didnt even know he had the tooth out, it was so fast. The dental nurse, Stacey, was great. We chatted and she put me at ease. She gave me all the aftercare information I needed. She was great at her job, an asset to the practice. Thank you all so much.

Not many people say that they love going to the dentist but I can, honestly, say that my experience at the Dental Tree has been amazing. They are all so accommodating and have been so supportive with any anxieties I’ve had.

Today I saw Varsha the Hygenist , she was amazingly patient and gentle with me (I am a very nervous patient ). Would thoroughly recommend this practice. Tooth filling done I have vasovagal syncope and tend to pass out/have a very bad reaction with anything to do with needles and ever horro films. Had nothibg. Such a smooth and gentle OP it went without a reaction for the first time ever. Really happy with it

Had a very good experience with this practice. I was given an appointment by 111 due to horrible pain on my tooth. When I came in, receptionist was very warm and welcoming and explained everything. Dr Priya and Micah were lovely, made me feel at ease in very painful situation. They explained everything and tried to help me and I actually left smiling.

Dr Sonal is the best dentist ever! She made an absolute world of difference to how my teeth look and feel, and was very gentle so I didn’t feel any discomfort at all. Olga is a brilliant nurse too, and everyone at the front of house was so kind and welcoming. Would absolutely recommend to everyone!!

Ilias & Alice were the lovely people that dealt with me. I went in for an emergency tooth extraction and didnt feel anything, the nicest and most caring dentist ive ever been to. Would 100% reccommend to anyone. I even got signed up as a member to help with payments over time rather than all at once, excellent service.

I have been suffering from gum abcess and was afraid of dental procedures. When I finally had the courage, toothclub was the answer. Dr. Dina was so professional. She has given me my smile confidence back. Color matching was difficult but you cant easily tell which one had treatment and which ones are original teeth. Flexible payment is a star.
