The Avenue vet has a very sound aim to give satisfactory service for both pet and their owner. The staff are really supportive and attempt to gain the best possible outcome of treatment for the animal being treated, furthermore cared for. Excellent veterinary practice.

Benjamin and Georgia absolutely loved their stay in Abi and Laura’s beautiful hotel. It’s such a lovely, peaceful space and you can tell the cats are genuinely happy there. My husband and I are both pretty anxious cat parents, but we were able to actually enjoy our family trip without constantly worrying—which meant so much. Knowing our two were content and having fun really put our minds at ease. Abi is just incredible. You can see how much all her little guests love her, and it was really reassuring to know Benjamin and Georgia were in such kind, capable hands. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place more if you’re looking for somewhere safe and full of love for your cat babies. We’ll definitely be back! I couldn’t have asked for a better care than the one that Abi has given my beloved cat. He is a sensitive boy, very attached to me and I’m always anxious and sad to leave him. After the stay with Abi and Megan in Longcroft, he didn’t seem to want to leave, looking so happy and well looked after ☺️ Abi is such a genuinely caring person who is treating the cats with lots of love! Also, I found Abi very considerate - she regularly shared with me photos of my cat, which gave me reassurance and peace of mind, therefore thoroughly enjoying my holidays 🙏🏼🤍

I absolutely loved how they took care of my kittens. They had a really long trip and one of them is a very needy cat that needs meds and she took care of everything. They also took care of sending someone to the airport to pick them up. The best part is that they give you frequent updates, and is such a relief to see them happy! I super recommend this Cat Hotel for any situation in which you need to leave your cats with someone. The staff is super lovely, empathetic and caring!

I was looking for a long term placement for my girls to help bridge our relocation to Australia. I looked at several catteries which had very small rooms or were not as clean as hoped. As soon as I viewed Longcroft Cat hotel in Welwyn, I knew this was it! The room was spacious, spotless and it was very apparent that Abi loved her furry friends that she looked after. They all looked very happy and relaxed. Our girls stayed with Abi just over 3 months. We loved receiving photos and updates of what they got up to. I’d 100% recommend Longcroft. Abi and Megan looked after our babies like their own.

I registered there at short notice as my old dog was struggling the breath with CHF. My dogs feel quite relax and love who work there. The whole practice has been amazing. Both vets have shown kindness, love towards my dogs and have listened when it came to having that dreaded conversation and showed empathy. Highly recommend the practice

I have been with this vets for over 30 years. As you can imagine I’ve had a number of dogs. I recently got a new puppy, after the death of my springer. I have never considered moving vets. All the staff are friendly, supportive and professional. I can honestly say, I would 100% recommend them.

This vet practice has gone above and beyond for us and our beloved dog, they've been really helpful throughout the whole process, reassuring us when we were very stressed. All the nurses, vet and receptionists have been so lovely and helpful, helping us understanding what is going on and always putting our minds at ease when we had questions and concerns. Amazing communication with us throughout it all, and even with the ongoing vet appointments, explaining everything really well when we struggled to understand what was happening. I can't thank you all enough for everything you have done, Pepper absolutely adores all of you and always goes in happy and tail wagging and it's so reassuring after having bad experiences elsewhere. 🩷

Hi I've been with this vets for over 15 years. Every time I've been for what ever reason from puppy vaccinations to saying goodbye to our fur babies I've never had a bad visit. Everyone makes you feel that your pet matters. They have taken care of all my pets from my cats, rabbits and my dogs. Had to say goodbye to my old boy but will be taking my new puppy there soon. Thanks for all being amazing.

Mimram vets are one of the best vets around! I have been with them for well over 15 years and the care they give is amazing. My cat Kasper has quite a few issues and has to go to the vets regularly and he is always looked after exceptionally. All the staff are super friendly and I feel that the welfare of the animals they look after are there main priority. Thank you for all you do for all the fur baby’s 🐾

When my beautiful cat was hit by a car and taken into Mimram vets she received excellent care. Every member of staff went out of their way to be kind and supportive both in person and over the phone for which I am truly grateful.

Very very good independent vets. Really looked after our dog, we were with another vets locally which we were very unhappy with. A surgery was over 30% cheaper here and the expertise is far far higher. First class

I cannot recommend highly enough. This team is exceptional in the way they deal with customers and more importantly their pets. I have my three Labs cared for by Chris and his team. He has carried out 2 essential ops on my young Labrador and to the highest standards. I joined after a very bad experience from my previous vet and the quality of care I now get is fantastic.

We have been registered with Hatfields Vets4Pets for a number of years and couldn’t be happier with them. I had to make the heartbreaking decision to put my old boy to sleep on the 28th because of a progressive disease that couldn’t be fixed. Our vet Orabella was absolutely amazing, she tried her hardest to find a solution but sadly, it was progressing quicker than we hoped, and she was there to comfort us as my boy passed in my arms. I have never felt pain quite like this, but thanks to all of the amazing staff at Vets4Pets, we had the support and comfort we desperately needed. We still have our two bunnies registered here and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thankyou Vets4Pets Hatfield for treating my boy with the dignity and respect he absolutely deserved.

Thank you for being so kind. We recently attended this vets as our old bean kitty needed to be put down due to ill health. The staff were amazing, they allowed us time with our cat. They were helpful, didn't rush us and gave us all the options of what we could do. Today we were greeted with a beautiful card of condolences and it's honestly meant the world to us. We bought a new dog. We talked to a lot of veterinarians, but Vets4Pets was the one who gave us the most information. Welcome was very warmly welcomed at the desk. We bought a new dog. Our veterinarian Orabella greeted us with a smiling face and explained the whole process in detail. He carefully examined our dog. Thank you very much. We also say a big thank you to LORINDA in the shop section. She recommended us every product that might be necessary for our new dog, gave us detailed information and was really interested. We've been with Attimore for a number of years, for both of our cats (now just one), and our puppy. They are fantastic! All the ladies on reception are lovely and make a fuss of our puppy whenever we see them. Michelle is really kind and is often juggling to fit us in. Lilly (vet), always goes the extra mile and is always a reassuring presence. Their out of hours service has always been helpful and they deal with claims really quickly! Thank you from all of us! :)

The team here are brilliant and very good with my cats. Unfortunately the last visit was a bad one as we had to put one of our cats down. The kindness and compassion shown by all the staff I interacted with was amazing they seemed to truly care for our cat and us in that horrible time. I have a very old cat who has stopped grooming her self. Her fur has become very matted . When I took my cat for its annual check up . I was surprised that the Italian lady vet spent a long time brushing and shaving the knots out of my cats fur and cutting her claws. She sang an Italian song to my cat as she was giving her the check up which my cat seemed to enjoy .
