No review can praise this practice highly enough. Every single member of staff shows care and patience for even the smallest of fur babies. Over time my many guinea pigs and hamsters have been treated by Alan and Natasha with love and compassion and I can't thank them enough. The knowledge and expertise Alan has, far surpasses anything I saw in any of the numerous other vets prior to coming to Medivet Radlett. Best thing I have done for me and my pets. Thank you!

staff are lovely and i trust that my pets will be well looked after. its hard to find vets for my ferrets that know what they’re doing but medivet radlett has been amazing and are very knowledgeable :)

Appointment was given quickly, staff are friendly and vet was very knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable knowing my pet was in the right hands. Gave lots of time to explain things and give advice. Our ratty needed an implant and was given an appointment the same day as consultation. Highly recommend this vets practice.

I cannot fault the staff at Medivet Radlett. They’re all very professional, very helpful, very friendly, very kind and have absolutely given me the best service possible since I joined them earlier this year. Special thanks go to Natasha the vet that we see with our puppy. She is amazing and our puppy Pepper loves her, well done Medivet. The lovely Christmas card sent to us in the post was a great thought too and much appreciated brilliant work !!

I recently took my cat to Avenues Veterinary Clinic for neutering, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring from start to finish. The Avenue vet has a very sound aim to give satisfactory service for both pet and their owner. The staff are really supportive and attempt to gain the best possible outcome of treatment for the animal being treated, furthermore cared for. Excellent veterinary practice.

I have been using Avenues for about 20 years for all my pets. They are so kind and even my reactive dog is happy and doesn’t react to any of the staff. Always made to welcome and they have been really helpful with insurance claims. They genuinely care and have the best advice.

Scout, my lovable cockapoo, had a visit to Wellpet Vet Practice today for his vaccine, and I couldn't be happier with the care he received! The vet took the time to make sure Scout was comfortable and at ease before administering the vaccine injection. Scout even got some delicious liver treats afterwards, which made his tail wag with joy! It's clear that the staff here truly cares about our furry family members. Halian Vets are a fantastic practice. The whole team are so kind and caring. I had an emergency with my cat and everyone truly went above and beyond! Pablo was able to be seen straight away and he is now back home with us and recovering after a successful procedure today. Thank you to everyone for taking such wonderful care of him. Mel and the nurses are fantastic..My ex feral cat has been very well looked after since his adoption thanks in great part to this veterinary surgery. He's been coming here for over 7 years for his checkups and occasional health issues. Judging by what I have seen with my cat, who still is shy, shy cats will benefit from Mel's calm and kind soft spoken manner.

Good to come back again with new puppy after having no pets for 12 years. Been with the practice for best part of 60 years. Called in to check Puppy's slight limp. No hassles and quick assessment and advice. Thank you. Another visit for minor leg injury. Prompt appointment and friendly advice, with dog completely untraumatised. Thanks again. I can’t recommend Heath Lodge enough! The staff are really kind, they answer all your questions and are incredibly good at soothing distressed animals. We wouldn’t take our cats anywhere else.

Village Vet Cattery looked after my youngest daughter's cats for approximately 17 days whilst they were in between moving and completing exchange on their new house. Both the two cats who are boys got really well looked after and the girls at the cattery looked after them extremely well, with the spacious area for the cats to live in for their temporary accommodation. My daughter was very pleased how her adorable cats were looked after, and the cats are enjoying themselves, living and exploring her new house. The final invoice came my direction and I was extremely happy as I received a discount for this longer stay. If I could, would give 6 stars as this is a really good, caring cattery that will look after your cats, and ensure they have a happy stay.

The first time sending my cat's away from home, was a bit nervous at first but the team made me feel comfortable in making this choice, it help knowing that they would be well taken care of with Dr and Nurses on board at all times. also more important that they are in a clean and organized environment, which overall is why I chose them, a brilliant and professional service from the staff and to add a bonus to the service is the pickup and drop off service for your pet's to be chauffeured around town, what animal would not love a bit of luxury. Fantastic vets and nurses. Our beloved Labrador received excellent care when she suffered a spinal injury recently. She is doing very well thanks to their prompt care and referral to a specialist vet. They are all friendly and provide top quality care. 100% recommend.

Lovely & compassionate staff. We had to use them recently for our bulldog who’s experiencing some eye problems. The service we received here was amazing and you can tell how much they care for your animal. Special thanks to Gillian for talking us through all options and reassuring us on our efforts to help treat our girl.

Genuinely blown away but this outstanding facility and all the lovely happy staff that work here. Our sausage was admitted for investigative work today and the love and support received for her was amazing. Our vet Sophie was remarkable. So kind and caring but clearly very knowledgeable and excellent at her job and able to relay information in a really understandable way. For the first time ever I had no problem leaving my little sausage as I knew in my heart she was going to be so loved and looked after and she definitely was. She’s a very anxious soul and she was unusually happy at this vets and not obviously shaking and anxious like she usually would be. The reception team were also fantastic and incredibly friendly. Will definitely be recommending to everyone!

Excellent specialist centre with professional specialists. Detailed diagnosis given along with kindness and care to my pet Florence who is a very anxious little dog. Julian was very thorough, explained the procedure and diagnosis in detail, has followed up with us since leaving with advice and blood results. Highly recommend for complex animal health issues and specialised care.

We were extremely nervous, having not been to a referral vet before and having been with the same vet for a really long time. We shouldn't have worried at all. From only a few hours after our vet made the referral, we were offered an appointment as early as the next day. Staff were helpful and friendly, they were able to reassure us even though we were facing a potentially significant diagnosis for our cat. They were clear about the process and what the costs were likely to be initially, which gave us the opportunity to prepare before the appointment. At our appointment, Anna was just exceptional, she was so gentle and thorough when assessing our cat and her experience and expertise was clear. She went through the diagnosis (thankfully, in our case a less significant diagnosis than we had been referred as) carefully ensuring we understood treatment options and followup plan, as well as providing options for obtaining the medication we needed. The discharge letter was the most thorough I have ever seen (pet or human!). The fees are more expensive than your regular vet, but it obviously costs a huge amount to run such a specialised animal hospital. The initial consultation fee was more than our insurance would cover for specialist consultation fees, but the price was made clear to us at point of booking and we were able to plan accordingly. After the appointment, their team completed and submitted the insurance form promptly, which was appreciated. Since then, we've had regular contact with the vet that saw us, and when our regular vet needed some further advice, they were able to get it promptly from Davies - the aftercare has been exceptional and we have no hesitation in recommending them.

First class. I immediately felt complete confidence with the woman vet who treated my dog and, more importantly, he felt relaxed as he was being examined. I knew he was in safe hands. Stars off the scale.

Took the cat with some ear problems. Was dealt with brilliantly by the super friendly and efficient team. They managed the medicine so it didn’t cost too much (advised to go back next day when a smaller version that we need would be available). We mentioned that we are looking into getting a dog and the vet provided us with a fact sheet they had authored, which across 2 pages of printed A4 paper, I learned the most valuable lessons as a dog novice. I’ll include here because this is great advice that everyone should see. What a brilliant practice and amazing people! Thank you.

Could not recommend this veterinary surgery highly enough. They’ve always been kind and caring looking after my much loved cat over the years. When he was sick they really pulled out all the stops to give him the best treatment and care. Today sadly at 17 years old, he had to be put to sleep and again the team at Animalism were fantastic not just with my pet but with his blubbering mum!
