I have used this company several Times now and most times it was time critical and they delivered. A call out recently was dealt with fast and effectively and they couldn’t be more helpful. I also had a new boiler supplied and fitted this week and again the company managed to get to me and complete the work in a timely fashion and within a time scale that suited me perfectly. Michaela is always super helpful on the phone and always quick to reply to emails and enquiries, couldn’t ask for anything more. Ryan the engineer who fitted my boiler was helpful, polite, professional and went out of his way to make things easy for me. I cannot praise this company highly enough. I spoke to Michaela as a new customer with a boiler breakdown. Within a few hours Nick attended my sadly neglected boiler and ch system and miraculously managed a temporary fix. I asked for a price to resolve the issues and received a very reasonable comprehensive estimate by email the same evening. Nick was back within only a few working days to install a much needed new boiler and resolve several other issues. He is a font of knowledge, professional, neat and tidy in his work and a very nice genuine guy. The whole process instilled me with confidence and I will be returning for bathroom re fits.
