I highly recommend these guys for any plumbing needs. They are fairly priced, professional, fast, and honest. I recently moved into a new home with several plumbing issues that came up during the inspection. After spending a Sunday afternoon working on them, I knew I was in over my head. I called S W R early Monday morning to bail me out and they had a plumber to my house within the hour. Alex took his time and gave me feedback on how to fix each issue. I really appreciated his honesty, so I asked for a quote to fix everything . They gave me a very fair price and were able to get everything fixed the same day, which involved nearly every fixture in the house!

John was awesome. He couldn't provide an immediate fix but left some industrial drain cleaner that may do the trick. If not, we have an estimate for possible repairs. S W R Plumbing is our go to for all plumbing needs!!!

Used these guys a couple of times now and had very good service. Lucy in the office was very helpful in quickly tracking down a radiator we needed at short notice. Plumbers Matt and Jack then came over to fit it among other jobs - they were extremely thorough and went around the whole house afterwards bleeding all the other radiators, checking the boiler etc which was not part of the job. Definitely recommend and will use again in the future 👍

We used Lacey Heating to fit our Air Heat Source Pump at The Sele Farm Community Centre. Tony and his team were professional and did the job efficiently and left everything looking very tidy. I would highly recommend Lacey Heating. Whenever we have an issue with plumbing Lacey Heating manage to get somebody to us very quickly and get the job done. Their service is very professional.

We used Lacey Heating for a complete bathroom refurbishment. Fabulous work by Luke and his apprentices. We felt informed and involved all the way through. Everyone went above and beyond to be helpful and the attention to detail was excellent. I can’t recommend them enough.

Dave is an excellent plumber - professional, conscientious and knowledgeable. A nice guy too, all communication was immediate and he turned up exactly when he said he would. Also respectful of space - left my flat clean. Overall, recommended without reservation. Oh and the new boiler works perfectly, which is the main thing.

I'm super impressed with the service I got from Premium Plumbing and Leak Detection. I recently had a persistent leak that another company had a hard time finding, and I ended up getting in touch with these guys. Basically, they located it in no time. Top professionals, you could really see they knew their stuff. They also gave me some instruction on how I could check for things myself in the future, and explained to me how the the plumbing in my newly purchased home actually worked (I think it was clear to them I was pretty clueless). Honestly, I cant recommend these chaps enough. They were friendly, prompt, professional and incredibly good at what they did. As long as I'm within their catchment, im not going to look elsewhere for plumbing and leak detection services.

Shane & Jamie have attended my premises following a leak detection and repair. These two guys are top notch and I cannot praise them highly enough. Highly recommend. I found out we had a leak earlier this week and found Premium Plumbing and leak detection online - I called and they were at my property on the same day and stopped the leak. The leak was repaired quickly and I was amazed by how little destruction was caused to the house in the process. The issue was found and resolved within hours and you wouldn’t be able to tell anything had happened now. Shane & Jamie came round to fix a leak in a pipe to my hot water tank & managed to find 3 more! They explained what they were going to be doing to repair all four and did so quickly and efficiently. They are clearly very knowledgeable in their work and did a great job! I highly recommend!

Very professional service from James and his team. Our oil fired combi boiler completely broke down beginning of December & James quickly attended to provide a price to replace it and then booked the install for the following week. The guys on the team are very polite & helpful, making sure everything is left clean & tidy. Any queries/questions we had were very quickly resolved & communication from the office was very efficient. All in all, very happy with our new boiler & the service provided. 😊

James and his team are brilliant. We had a new boiler installed and pipes replaced after our old boiler gave up. He was quick to provide a price and then booked the install promptly. The lads who fitted it were very polite and clean and worked around a busy toddler household! We are very happy with our new boiler and always recommend JMR to all our friends.

Our boiler broke over new years and we called Stuart to see if he could come as an emergency call out. He came as soon as he could which we are grateful for considering the cold weather. He informed us that we would need a new boiler and managed to fit us in as quickly as possible to get our heating and hot water back up and running. He even dealt with organising roofers to come as our boiler is in the loft. Stuart is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and we would happily recommend him.

Excellent service on such short notice!! We had a leak from under the bathroom sink at half 8 on a Saturday night from a push fit joint on a hot water pipe!! Herts 24/7 plumbing attended within 20/25 mins and had the issue fixed within 1 hour of my initial call!! Out of Hours cost was reasonable compared to other plumbers. Good advice given and he was friendly and knowledgeable!! Thank you so much - we will definitely call on you again for plumbing services!

My IDEAL ICOS boiler was making a funny noise so I found Stuart on Google and asked for a service. He came that day, identified the issue and went above and beyond the standard service to solve it. Really professional and a genuinely nice guy. Highly recommend!

They were very helpful on the phone; so much so that I saved myself a call out fee. Also their advice about mixers helped me avoid buying the wrong mixer. And the mixer I bought-after their advice, was £80 cheaper and so easy to fit that I did it myself! So a very happy customer. Recommended!

I’ve known Lee for a number of years where he was highly recommended by a friend Lee came to the rescue when my boiler had packed in and he installed a brand new one incredibly fast and great value for money. Saved me from cold showers!! Recently I reached out to Lee on the 30th Dec when my hot water stopped functioning in my new home and he was here within hours diagnosing a fix. Super impressed! I had a great experience with LDC Heating. Lee was really helpful and knowledgeable when I had an issue with my boiler. He was very prompt and professional and able to explain the issues to me very clearly. The work carried out was great and reasonably priced. He even followed up to ensure I was happy and that the issue was resolved. I would definitely contact LDC in the future if I have any issues.

Thanks to Lee and Matt for a great job on a new boiler install. Lee is very knowledgeable and professional with such a friendly, chilled out demeanour. In just 2 weeks of reaching out to him, he provided a free call out and gave a no jargon clear explanation on my options and breakdown of work involved in replacing a very old boiler. I appreciate the responsiveness in answering my post call out questions and the efficiency in scheduling my job. Matt undertook the install, he arrived on time and was very respectful of my property, removing his shoes on entry. He took care in ensuring carpets on the stairs and floor tiles in the kitchen were covered with dust sheets. I was WFH, but Matt just got on with the work at hand. Despite the size difference (the new boiler being considerably smaller) and some pipework obstacles, he did a fantasic tidy job on the installation. He definitely takes pride in his work. Both Lee and Matt did a walk through of the new boiler system and how to operate the new T3 thermostat. Official paperwork, warranty, and certs were all sent timely. Love the new Valliant EcoFit boiler. It's super quiet compared to my old boiler, and the thermostat settings are easy to operate. 5 stars isn’t really enough! We’ve known Darren and his team since 2020. He installed our new boiler and services it for us very year. He has fitted a new toilet for us and installed a smart heating system throughout the house which has been brilliant. He is very accommodating with any queries we have on anything and come back to us very quickly via what’s app. He is very polite, considerate, friendly and works solidly without wasting any time. His prices are very competitive and fair. The house is always left clean and tidy after the work is carried out. I would highly recommend Darren and we wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Darren did a major fit for our new kitchen extension, included new boiler, hot water tank, water softener etc. great price and great service. He’s very thorough and always on hand to help with any issues we might experience. Really good to have someone so reliable and local that we know we can count on. Overall great professional service After going through an extensive selection process, we decided to get the Great Water softener fitted in our new home. This product does exactly as NBS said. We have noticed plenty of benefits including less limescale, no water marks on tiles, sinks splashback etc, skin and hair feeling less itchy/ dry, cleaner dishes and positive effects on our appliances. We’d highly recommend getting this fitted. NBS provided a super efficient service, answered all our questions, gave plenty of advice and delivered a quote to installation within days. We’ll be using NBS again.

Happy to answer other queries too. Tom rang before they came. I had bath/basin taps installed and an immersion heater/element put in - did both jobs at the same time!
