NBS Heating and Plumbing fitted a new boiler for me. They were extremely professional and went above and beyond with customer service, even checking in after the installation to make sure everything was OK. They were also very knowledgeable and talked me through how the new boiler worked, what to do if I encounter any issues and what all the various bits and bobs on and beside the boiler meant. Being a little clueless about these things I was pleased to get a full handover that made sense to me!! I would highly recommend them, without a doubt the best I have come across!

Overall great professional service After going through an extensive selection process, we decided to get the Great Water softener fitted in our new home. This product does exactly as NBS said. We have noticed plenty of benefits including less limescale, no water marks on tiles, sinks splashback etc, skin and hair feeling less itchy/ dry, cleaner dishes and positive effects on our appliances. We’d highly recommend getting this fitted. NBS provided a super efficient service, answered all our questions, gave plenty of advice and delivered a quote to installation within days. We’ll be using NBS again.

I would definitely recommend NBS Heating and Plumbing. Tom and Mark did an amazing job. Polite, friendly, professional, easy to talk to and explained what they were doing. Happy to answer other queries too. Tom rang before they came. I had bath/basin taps installed and an immersion heater/element put in - did both jobs at the same time! The bath taps were tricky due to their position and size of the bathroom. Other plumbers didn't come back to me! These guys - no problem! Thank you! 100% recommend
