I spoke with Anthony at 915 this morning and he was with me by 10am. He was honest, reliable, reasonably priced and cleared up after himself. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing and heating services.

Anthony was excellent. Came out on a Saturday within 30 minutes and sorted out our boiler which had an error message, meaning no heat or hot water. He was knowledgeable, friendly and simply the perfect expert for the job and will now be our go-to choice for our boiler & plumbing in the future.

I had called Anthony to check on a leaking kitchen pipe. After contacting almost 6 plumbers who either did not even bother to return my call or told me they could not come to check it out, Anthony came over right away and he was able to fix the issue in a matter of minutes and explained what the problem was in the simplest way for us non plumbers to understand. Very friendly and quick but did not do a quick rush job. He triple checked his work and made sure everything worked before leaving. Martin turned up on time as he said he would and fixed the problem that I had with the cistern constantly filling up. He saved my water bill very grateful to him coming so quickly. Will def use them again.

Called MJ plumbing and heating to help with a shower issue in my flat. Only cold water was leaving my shower, they responded quickly and got the issue sorted quickly too. Not had a problem since. Highly recommend. (also wore masks and gloves without having to ask)

So happy with Martin and Luke who have been our plumbers for the last 12 years. They’ve installed 4 bathrooms for us now (in our previous and current home), as well as improvements to our heating and hot water, including radiator pressure wash and installing a mega-flow for high pressure hot water. They are always lovely to have around, friendly and hard working. They recently renovated our ensuite, as well as installing the new bathroom suite, they removed the old, and when they found the old shower had been leaking for the last 20 years and started to rot the floor joists they fixed all this before installing the new bathroom. They also did the tiling and installed an electric heated floor mat which was screed in before the vinyl floor went down. We were so happy with the job, the finish is excellent and they went above and beyond fixing problems they found along the way.

My Dad who is elderly and disabled called out these guys to look at control bar in his shower recently...amazing quick and responsive service. Dad was happy. A couple of weeks after had to get Luke out again to check something as surrounding flat had a leak....they were trying to blame Dad!...Luke came out within half an hour and checked everything over...finding no problems at Dad's. Am REALLY grateful for there professional approach and kindness towards my Dad. Really nice guy...and so lovely with Dad would recommend 100%

Ed recently replaced my boiler. He installed the new boiler quickly without any issues, rebuilt my cabinet to fit the new boiler, registered the associated paperwork, tidied the utility room after the work had been completed and arranged for the old boiler and its associated parts to be removed. He also installed the boiler very quickly after my initial call out as we have a small baby. Great service. Thank you Ed!

Great standard and at a good rate Boiler installation, sinking pipes & moving radiators. Really clear about timings and schedule of work throughout. Boiler was sized up to suit our house and plans over the expected life (10-15 years). Pipe work where sunken or for moved radiators was well inbedded in the walls to make the plastering easy. They also bricked up the exit hole of the previous boilers gas exit with bricks that match our house.

Excellent firm. I have used this company on a number of occasions for various boiler issues and general plumbing work. All work expertly and meticulously done with very reasonable prices. Lee from FirmusHeat came out Monday evening to assess a leak in my flat. The leak escalated very quickly to at one point a full rain shower in my hallway. Lee was amazing and so helpful. He didn't want to leave until he had got the situation under control. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and advised me on when and where to take photos for insurance purposes. He was respectful of my home and cleaned up after. He and a colleague returned first thing the next morning to resolve the situation. Was initially impressed with Tony's knowledge of electric water heaters and simple building rules and regulations! I was actually recommended a totally incorrect hot water system by another plumbing company last year - even though I reminded them that I was in block of new build flats, I'm relieved I didn't go with that company! because they would've installed a system which would've pumped boiling water out into the communal pipes! Tony was a breathe of fresh air! I put in a web query and he answered pretty much instantly and through emails and a few phone calls I was assured with his knowledge. So we ordered our cylinder with a deposit, and a week later he emailed to say it had arrived - on the scheduled day we were up and running with a new cylinder, just a few days after my initial query online! quite impressive!
