From initial contact Martin was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't feel rushed or pressured to make any decisions and the price quoted was really competitive. Mark and Tommi did a great job replacing my old boiler with hive heating, flushing out the system and installing a new radiator (I know it brought up more than a few challenges!). They never complained and just sorted everything that was needed. They even managed to keep my dog entertained, she loved the company :-)
