Wick and clean work at an acceptable price

JR Plumbing fitted a new boiler and I found the engineers very polite, friendly and answered any questions I might have. They tidied up after themselves and left the place as they found it, except for the new boiler. Thank you to the engineers concerned.

JR Plumbing and Heating Services was recommended to me by a friend. To me that meant that he would be, qualified, experienced, efficient, punctual and knowledgeable. After fitting our water softer, I can report that Jay is all those things and more! He is reassuring, trustworthy and honest, as well as has the ability to keep to his appointments – which is a rarity these days! Very happy customer and will defiantly be recommended to friends and family.

We asked JR Plumbing and Heating Services to refit our downstairs toilet and from start to finish they were excellent. We were provided with a very competitive quote and the installation was completed to a very high standard and within a week ! I have now booked them to do more work and would highly recommend to anyone looking to have new bathrooms fitted.

Jay came to rectify the mistakes another plumber from a different company had made installing our new boiler. He was on time, very personable, and did a great job at short notice on a Saturday. I’ll definitely be using him for future work.
