Great service!! Luke really knows his stuff about plumbing. Helped identify a leak for my mother in law and keeps her boiler serviced each year, even got the gas board to check her supply was sufficient. A real thorough workman who really goes above and beyond to help. Installed an outside tap for me and the pipework is straight and he was very tidy and he cleared up behind him. Despite a very old heating system and my having bought a faulty product, Luke was able to help me obtain a working product short notice, and returned when I’d collected it to finish installation same day. He also took the time to install it in the best place and cleaned up after the job. Going above and beyond to complete this was very much appreciated during cold weather, especially as it took a lot longer than we had bargained for. Would definitely recommend

Over the past 5 years LPS has carried out the installation of a new boiler, replacement of valves, radiators and taps as well as the installation of a power shower for us. All the work has been carried out quickly and efficiently and at very reasonable prices. Luke works hard and always completes the jobs as promised, sometimes working late to finish a job. I contacted LPS Plumbing & Heating to quote for a replacement radiator install and to fit a Hive thermostat. Luke and his colleague arrived at the time agreed and I arranged for the work to be carried out the following week. LPS Plumbing & Heating kept me informed of their time of arrival taking into account I am currently working from home in meetings. They respected my property, leaving everything clean and tidy. Their quote was very competitive compared to other plumbers in Stotfold. Luke is very knowledgeable and offered invaluable advice. Have used Steve for quite a few years now, he did a great job replacing an old boiler and sorted shower pump and other issues. Steve has always been very responsive and fast to resolve anything that crops up and takes responsibility to get any issues sorted (In my case not through his own doing but with the boiler manufacturer). Thoroughly recommend is you want a job done properly knowing you have ongoing support, at a fair price.

Having moved into our new home, we found a leak on the soil stack. We called Steve not knowing any other plumbers in the area. He found what caused the leak and gave a full explanation of what had caused the leak and talked through how he was repairing the leak. He worked in a tidy fashion and cleared up after him.
