We'd been having issues with our shower and so contacted Carl. He responded quickly and was quickly round to diagnose the problem. When he came back to replace the shower, we realised our stopcock had seized, and the trap underneath our bathroom sink was leaking. He fixed both issues, on top of replacing the shower, on the same visit and without complaint. We couldn't be happier with the service provided by Carl and would highly recommend him. We'll definitely be using him again if we have any future plumbing/heating issues.

We have been using Carl for many years for domestic plumbing and gas boiler and heating work and he is excellent. He is completely reliable, efficient, and on time. Over the past 5 years LPS has carried out the installation of a new boiler, replacement of valves, radiators and taps as well as the installation of a power shower for us. All the work has been carried out quickly and efficiently and at very reasonable prices. Luke works hard and always completes the jobs as promised, sometimes working late to finish a job. Great service!! Luke really knows his stuff about plumbing. Helped identify a leak for my mother in law and keeps her boiler serviced each year, even got the gas board to check her supply was sufficient. A real thorough workman who really goes above and beyond to help. Installed an outside tap for me and the pipework is straight and he was very tidy and he cleared up behind him. I contacted LPS Plumbing & Heating to quote for a replacement radiator install and to fit a Hive thermostat. Luke and his colleague arrived at the time agreed and I arranged for the work to be carried out the following week. LPS Plumbing & Heating kept me informed of their time of arrival taking into account I am currently working from home in meetings. They respected my property, leaving everything clean and tidy. Their quote was very competitive compared to other plumbers in Stotfold. Luke is very knowledgeable and offered invaluable advice. Luke installed a new boiler in our home and I was impressed with how professional and knowledgeable he was. He was extremely clean and tidy while working and he even cleaned my windows as there was a little dust from drilling. He was a happy worker and nice to have in our home. I have two dogs and he worked around them fine and was very aware of their safety if a door had to be opened. Great service from start to finish. Firstly - Nina in the office offered a fast turn around for someone to come for a free quote and lucky someone was in the area so managed to get them round the same day. Any questions I had Nina was there to answer! And not to mention my quote was sent to me the same day and booked in shortly after. The men who worked on replacing and moving my boiler was amazing! Everything was kept clean and tidy, they was extremely polite and when explaining the job they made sure I fully understood everything - great communication! Amazing service and excellent job done! Would thoroughly recommend without hesitation! I asked for a boiler quote, that evening I have a video call with Chris and had a quote on my inbox at 11pm that same night (you can’t get better than that). Having spoken to a few boiler companies, Chris was the first one to suggest a back vented boiler which was much tidier for the install location. We had a small wall to remove and an old Rayburn to remove, all other boiler companies wouldn’t do this making it difficult, it was no issue for Chris, he did it all the same day. On the day of the boiler install we had 4 plumbers in our house working hard and the whole job was done the same day so we didn’t have a night without heating, which was amazing! From start to finish nothing was too much trouble, excellent company. Will definitely use again!

I wanted to wait a few months before posting as everyone posts immediately and I like to give feedback after some time to evaluate. Firstly. The company and its staff are professional and very experienced. They’re helpful and go beyond what anyone else offered as far as providing expert advise and support to make me aware of all the options and how it would/ wouldn’t be effective on my individual property. They were prompt, clean and tidy, and did exactly what they said. Having all the recognised certifications and a financial agreement option is great if you need one. A new oil boier fitted albeit much smaller, more powerful, efficient and eco friendly. Bespoke fitting of extraction funnel through utility room roof, again all fulfilled with compliance regulation . The aftercare and expertise in the new smart tech Hive was easily explained. Cannot rate these specialists enough and highly recommended their work. Thank you

Tom at station plumbing has done work at our house on a few occasions and has always been amazing. Polite, professional and very good at what he does. Came out very quickly when I discovered a leak and solved problems I didn’t think could be done. He is also very reasonably priced. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Great service from Wes and the Hemel team. Replaced old kitchen tap and sorted out a leak from old pipe. We then found another leak a week later and Wes came next day to sort this as well. Quick and reliable, highly recommend.

Tom was great. He worked hard and efficiently, and did a very good job of fixing what was a very messy situation we had in the kitchen. He made everything work well and took particular care in making sure that things would line up properly for the new kitchen we were fitting. Great work by Tom at TEX P&H. Boiler had stopped working so rang him for a callout after reading many positive reviews to discover the old boiler was knackered and of no use to anyone anymore. Install of a new boiler, flu pipe and a power flush was done later down the line at a fair cost with plenty of communication to myself about the ins and outs of the process. Would recommend Tom to anyone with his good conduct and knowledge. 5/5.
