I called up James after another plumber dropped out last minute - he came quickly and saved the day! We needed a dishwasher installed into a tiny old kitchen that had never previously had one - its been multiple weeks since installation and we couldn't be happier! Having spent the whole time he was here chatting to James I can confidently say that he is a delight to have in the house, and a good laugh too. Thanks for helping us out of a (literally) tight spot James!

I’m writing this review on Christmas Eve after James has visited us to fix a mystery leak. He identified the source and resolved quickly. James is clearly an expert in his field. He saved Christmas for us this year as things would have been tricky with no water supply! 100% recommend.

Tom at station plumbing has done work at our house on a few occasions and has always been amazing. Polite, professional and very good at what he does. Today I had a new gas fitted from this man plumbing in Hamilton and a wonderful job. Everything works perfect cleaned up afterwards. He even showed me exactly how it all works retested it three times but everything can place and then ask me if I’d like if you would like me, if you would like him to take the rubbish out and put it in the dustbin, I think he’s a very good worker and I will always use him so don’t forget you know to ring his number is on my page.

Had a problem with my boiler not firing up and Raff came to my place within a hour. He was very thorough and fixed the problem we were having. His prices are very reasonable & we will definitely be using him again for any plumbing issues we may have.

Late Friday afternoon my boiler stopped working. Raf came out and diagnosed the pump had stopped working. Even though it was gone 5 o'clock he managed to get a replacement and fit it that evening. Excellent service and tidy workmanship.

I needed a radiator re-installed and pipes replaced and tidied. Alongside this Raff completed a full flush of the system, replaced broken valves, a faulty pipe and serviced my boiler. Everything was completed on time and in a highly professional manner. I will not hesitate to call these guys again.

After outstanding customer service from both Nina and Chris we quickly proceeded with the quote provided to install a new boiler in our home. We had Jordan and Callum come to complete the works on installation day, both of which were extremely professional and respectful. All of the work was finished to a high standard and Jordan was extremely helpful with any questions/queries I had regarding the new system. I wanted to wait a few months before posting as everyone posts immediately and I like to give feedback after some time to evaluate. Firstly. The company and its staff are professional and very experienced. They’re helpful and go beyond what anyone else offered as far as providing expert advise and support to make me aware of all the options and how it would/ wouldn’t be effective on my individual property. They were prompt, clean and tidy, and did exactly what they said. Having all the recognised certifications and a financial agreement option is great if you need one. A new oil boier fitted albeit much smaller, more powerful, efficient and eco friendly. Bespoke fitting of extraction funnel through utility room roof, again all fulfilled with compliance regulation . The aftercare and expertise in the new smart tech Hive was easily explained. Cannot rate these specialists enough and highly recommended their work. Thank you

Great service from start to finish. Firstly - Nina in the office offered a fast turn around for someone to come for a free quote and lucky someone was in the area so managed to get them round the same day. Any questions I had Nina was there to answer! And not to mention my quote was sent to me the same day and booked in shortly after. The men who worked on replacing and moving my boiler was amazing! Everything was kept clean and tidy, they was extremely polite and when explaining the job they made sure I fully understood everything - great communication! I will be using this company in the future and will be recommending as such a great service!

RKW provide a fantastic service. They are always punctal and work with the minimum of fuss and disturbance. RKW installed a new boiler for us in tricky conditions and did so brilliantly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Fitted a boiling water tap and a washing machine, there were some complications with the pipes so they had a lot to do, but did a great job and were professional throughout, i'd recommend them.
