Lee and his team totally renovated our bathroom. All work was completed on time and to an excellent standard by a very friendly and professional team who tidied up at the end of each day. Extremely impressed by end result. Very happy to recommend Lee’s company.

Really helpful and professional company. Need urgent help in getting boiler working due to an air lock in the system. Also connected new radiator to the heating system. Very happy with the guys who came round, very polite and helpful. Completed all the work in a few hours. No mess and everything work as expected.

After some failed DIY, I needed emergency plumbing to fix my leaky toilet. Lee and his team were great, arriving within the hour and sorting everything out efficiently. Everything sorted with no fuss which helped massively in placating my partner!

I have found the customer service and communication to be great with Lee and his team. When they came to do the works he tried several things to resolve our pressure issue with our boiler to try to not have us having to buy parts. Additionally they helped with a sink drainage issue and managed to fix an issue that had been happening for a while and made good and resealed wonderfully. The whole time I was kept informed, shown what the issues where and it was explained to me really well, including any cost implications. Highly recommend and will be using again!

On the completion day of our new home my partner and I found out we had a leak. This was a stressful experience for us but James came to visit within a couple of hours to scope out the problem and offer us some solutions. It required some intricate plumbing but James achieved this to a high standard, within the timeframe we needed and whilst offering the best possible price he could. Have used Steve for quite a few years now, he did a great job replacing an old boiler and sorted shower pump and other issues. Steve has always been very responsive and fast to resolve anything that crops up and takes responsibility to get any issues sorted (In my case not through his own doing but with the boiler manufacturer). Thoroughly recommend is you want a job done properly knowing you have ongoing support, at a fair price.
