Craig has transformed a very shabby, unloved house by repairing and painting the walls, ceilings and woodwork throughout. He was friendly, thorough and very helpful. He was also able to do a number of extra repair and fitting jobs that I thought of whilst he was there! The house now looks lovely, I'm so pleased with the result.

Craig carried out some interior decoration & painting jobs and put up shelves in my mum's house. I found him to be reliable and trustworthy. He always turned up when he said he would and worked hard. I have been using APM services for jobs at home, all were carried out professionally and efficiently. Recently there were a lot of plumbing issues at another place, and I called in APM; they diagnosed, fixed and repaired all the taps and sorted the hot water issues. Bal created a neat cabinet door for our downstairs toilet. He was very responsive aftee we contacted him and attended within a matter of days. His work was of a high standard and well priced. Would highly recommend.

Based on previous reviews we chose Bal to quote for some work on our porch that required attention. The whole process was really slick, from the first visit to discuss the scope of works through to the job itself. Bal has been absolutely fantastic in dealing with several jobs around our house. Jobs included new ceiling in porch with light, putting up 2 new ceilings, new flat roof and some new lights, fixing and connecting a new dishwasher, fixing a sticky lounge door amongst others and all at a reasonable price. He is very honest, reliable and left each job clean and spotless. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bal to my friends and family. I only wish I had made contact with him sooner. You will not be disappointed.

I found Dr Flatpack on Google I called for a quote and was booked in the same week for my wardrobe to be put together and a roller blind to be fitted in my bathroom. The service was excellent 👌from booking and the quote to the work being carried out. Kyle was absolutely brilliant as soon as he entered my front door he took his shoes off so not to bring in any dirt I didn't ask him he just automatically did it. He really new his stuff very good worker and so pleasant. Very particular and vacumed up after he had finished his work. I found Dr flatpack through Google whilst looking for a contractor to put up a complicated shelving unit. I'm really glad I commissioned these guys as they did a banging job, were quick, very thorough and their communication was excellent. Mike took the initial booking and replied to my messages quickly, with an accurate assessment of the job and was very clear at each stage of the process. Their technician and assembler, Kyle, was on time and had all the tools to complete the work..even brought an indoor pair of shoes which he put on before coming in to do the work! His attention to detail was great and he pointed out a number of issues which I would have missed. They accept BACS transfer or cash and whilst there might be slightly cheaper services, they are very competitive, and as mentioned, very thorough. I would certainly use them again and would not hesitate in recommending them to any9one needing this service .... 10 out of 10!

Balkan Property Maintenance invest their time clarifying the work to be done before they start. Ivan is easy to approach and always aims to meet the expectations of the customer. The team can only proceed with the work when you have approved the materials and costs. Advise is provided through out the work. I decided to change the private tenants' maintenance property to an HMO in the middle of the job and it was agreed and was offered the right advice hence the inspection went through with no further actions required. You can negotiate when to make payments which is really good especially when you are doing major work. All work is completed in a timely manner and to high standards. Definitely I will use them again.

Had TA Smith Builders over today, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. They installed a lintel above the door and a baton in the kitchen window, and the workmanship was top-notch. You can really tell these guys take pride in what they do—everything was done cleanly, efficiently, and to a high standard. We have recently had our open plan kitchen work and front of house alterations completed by TA smith . Very happy with the work as this was quite a complicated build with 9 steels to install . We had already used them before for our garden room build which we are very happy with .
