Garry was recommended to me to fit an outside tap. Since then he has completed lots of jobs for us including cleaning and re sanding/sealing the block paved drive, fitting a handrail, rotary washing line, a key safe and other jobs. Garry is reliable, friendly, turns up on time and works non stop often spotting and completing other jobs too (such as clearing the guttering) He always leaves everything tidy and nothing is too much trouble, rates are also very reasonable yet high quality materials and work. I have already recommended him to friends who have also been impressed with the work carried out. We have already agreed on more jobs and will be booking Garry again in the future.

Dial a builder have just fitted all brand new windows and doors at my home. The quality is excellent and the price was by far much lower than the other quotes from major companies that I received. Really happy with the overall finish and professionalism. They don’t leave any mess and ensure every small detail was covered. Highly recommend them for any building work.

Okay where do I even start, we were looking for builders for ages, and we must of seen maybe 5-6 different companies, when Armand came, he understood everything, he knew exactly what we needed, his teams are so professional, they are really nice people too, always smiling, always happy to assist, Armand gave us a timeline and guess what, he actually finished it on time, and to be quite honest, before the time too! Armand is so professional, so friendly, so easy going, he stuck to our budget, he was more than on time, he was amazing, what more do you want from a builder, he’s easy going, he’s honest, there are just too many great things about this company, they have the expertise, they know what they are doing, honestly call him and don’t bother with anyone else! Dial A Builder have just completed a full remodel and reconstruction of our open plan kitchen and utility complex. The process from the first day we contacted Armand until completion has been incredibly smooth and satisfying, we are absolutely thrilled with the outcome. We are grateful and excited to have found a reputable, respectable and trustworthy builder to partner with again in the future. Our project was completed on time (give or take a couple of weeks for final touch ups) and on budget. Dial A Builder are fully committed and extremely hard working. Armand is an excellent manager, he aligns his team extremely well, he has a true passion for his business. It is very clear his team and sub-contractors hold him in high regard, their true purpose is to ensure their client’s complete satisfaction We lived in the property during the build, the entire project was clean, they took great care of our home. The team quickly became more than a construction partner; they became trusted friends who you know have your best interests at heart . During the build we made some changes, our ideas were carefully considered, honest expert advice was given. Our weekly catch up meetings were well organised and efficient. Follow up actions were completed and reported back. If needed, workmen even came by on weekends and after hours in order to stick to their timescales. We are struggling to say anything negative about them. We have no hesitation in recommending Dial A Builder.

Sam came and renovated our second living room. Removed all the wooden cladding, framed the room and then boarded and plastered. He also re-plastered our bathroom. Service was topnotch. Sam understood exactly what we wanted and gave advice on what needed to be done.

10/10. Sam kept us informed on every step of the refurbishment and detailed all parts of the quote in an easy to understand format. When there were unforseen issues on the job (of which there were many hidden historic construction horrors in need of a remedy), he had the right team to find a solution. Sam has attention to detail in particular on his carpentry skills where he resolved problem door frames and there are no visible joins in skirting boards (they look great). He managed this project exceptionally well, and we will use the highly skilled One Team Construction for future work.

Really glad we contacted One Team Construction, nothing was too much trouble. Sam and his team were super friendly and helpful which is important when you’re letting people into your home! We had a few jobs to get done, including boxing in under a boiler, staircase, and new consumer unit. With extensive checks done by Dan the electrician some faults and issues were found and resolved quickly. Sam did a great job boxing in under our stairs, an unusual job which required a very bespoke solution and we’re really pleased with the result! Overall would definitely recommend and will definitely be having them back to tackle a few more jobs in the future!

Sam and his team did several projects for our house. We have a 1935 semi detached which presented quite a few issues but the team managed to sort them out. New flooring throughout the house, painting and a refreshed bathroom with new shower and tiling came together after several weeks. I have already asked Sam for additional quotes for future carpentry jobs and look forward to working with his team in the future.

Anthony has done lots of work on my house in the past 18 months: structural repairs, chimney/roof/ guttering repairs, taken a room back to bare brick and fully renovated, removed an outside toilet and replaced with a lovely chilling area with an ornamental wall. Because of previous positive experiences I have also booked Anthony to renovate my bathroom this month. Anthony discusses in detail any work wanted. He is very response to any queries both before and while carrying out the planned work. Louise provides quotes in a timely manner, books dates to accommodate and is very supportive to any queries regarding the planned work. Anthony is always punctual, leaves the area clean and tidy and always works to a very high standard. He is professional but also very approachable. Anthony rebuilt a brick balcony on my 1950s maisonette flat and also added wooden railing in a design he suggested (for privacy). He provided just what I was looking for - skilled bricklaying but also creative problem-solving - I'd been so stuck on how best to achieve the privacy I was looking for as my previous attempts ended in disaster. I was so happy with the quality of the work and Anthony's communication. His excellent knowledge and skills were incredibly reassuring. Highly recommended.

Installation of lintels above kitchen windows and pointing. We had a really good experience with AK Construction from quote to job completion. Great communication from start to finish and always punctual. The work was completed to a high standard and we were very happy with the whole stress free experience. Anthony was reliable, hardworking and a genuinely nice guy. We have no hesitation in recommending AK Construction and Maintenance Ltd. The true definition of an “A Star company”. I can’t recommend Anthony highly enough. Came and quoted when promised , competitive price and complete the work when promised. Anthony’s work was first class, we originally wanted tiles on our bath panel ready to put the house on the market but Anthony advised us it wouldn’t look right and recommended a PVC panel which we went with and it was the right choice. He could have just done what we wanted and been paid but he cared enough to do a proper job for us. He also cleaned up after the work and even washed down the drive where he had been working. Won’t be dissatisfied if you hire top man top quality work.

We have recently had our open plan kitchen work and front of house alterations completed by TA smith . Very happy with the work as this was quite a complicated build with 9 steels to install . We had already used them before for our garden room build which we are very happy with . They are a very good company to deal with from measuring to the very end of the project The guys are all very polite and happy to go that extra mile for the customer . We also have pets which they are very considerate towards also . Overall a very hard working group of caring people . Had TA Smith Builders over today, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. They installed a lintel above the door and a baton in the kitchen window, and the workmanship was top-notch. You can really tell these guys take pride in what they do—everything was done cleanly, efficiently, and to a high standard. Bal has been absolutely fantastic in dealing with several jobs around our house. Jobs included new ceiling in porch with light, putting up 2 new ceilings, new flat roof and some new lights, fixing and connecting a new dishwasher, fixing a sticky lounge door amongst others and all at a reasonable price. He is very honest, reliable and left each job clean and spotless. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bal to my friends and family. I only wish I had made contact with him sooner. Adrian and the team were great from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and professional during the build of our new porch and replacement of our doors and windows. Brilliant customer service. Nothing is a problem these guys who will tackle all jobs requested from roof repairs, guttering, carpentry , electrics , jet washing to name a few and have carried them out to the highest level.
