We contacted Luke for a quote for a bungalow dormer roof to be repaired ,the property being one we were hoping to purchase. He was so helpful and provided a quote quickly and without knowing if we would be successful in the purchase. However we did buy the property and Luke has carried out the roof, replacing guttering, downpipes and cleaning the roof. We have nothing but high praise for the work carried out, the guys were really hard workers. Work was to a high standard at a very competitive price. Guys were also very clean workers. Would absolutely recommend and have already done so!

The whole experience of using React Roofing has been a really positive one. Luke and the team are informative, open, very obliging, punctual, polite and professional and showed respect for my property. They carried out work to install a dry ridge system, complete some other minor repairs and the subsequent cleanup to a very high standard on a freezing cold day. I'm not sure how they managed to keep going but they did, all completed just before the recent storm hit, so a huge thank you for the peace of mind! Excellent, professional, great value, friendly service from Mr Jelley and son who cleared out the gutters repaired a leak in the roof and gave us advice this week. I was experiencing a fluttering noise coming from the roof area so I called C R Roofing. I spoke to Jason who listened to my concern and was quick to book me an appointment. Chris arrived and within seconds of explaining my issue , he knew straight away what the problem was. I had too much felt overlapping on the fascia, which was causing it to vibrate when it was windy. Chris got his ladder and cut some of the felt off. Job done. After looking at various roofer companies I’m glad I used C R Roofing as the speed of the service along with the professionalism and knowledge of both Jason and Chris was second to none. I hired Restell Roofing Contractors Ltd to replace our entire roof using the dry ridge system. Rob and his colleague arrived to do the work exactly when they said they would. They were polite and worked really hard to get the work finished within a few days. I am extremely happy with their work and my new roof looks great. I had recently moved house and the new house that I moved into was a fairly old property and had a fairly large oak tree nearby. As a result the roof over time had collected a large amount of moss and other vegetation. In places, the growth was a few inches high and from a distance the roof appeared practically green. I contacted 4 local companies for quotes to remove the growth and clean the roof. Two of these companies proposed using a pressure washer to do the job but it seemed to me that that would be likely to cause more problems than it would solve. Another one proposed to clean the roof by hand – basically two people on the roof scrubbing and scraping away. I wasn’t convinced that this would be particularly effective and besides this was not a small roof and to clean it by hand would take quite some time. The fourth company to quote was The Dorridge Roof Company. Their approach was entirely different. They would effectively steam clean the roof. After a couple of conversations with Richard White at The Dorridge Roof Company I decided that even though their quote was a good bit more that the others that I had received, it seemed to me that it was the only credible approach and so I asked them to go ahead. They turned up on time on the day with their specialist steam cleaning machine and by the time I returned home later that day the job was practically complete. The results were more than I could have hoped for. They had made an excellent job of cleaning the roof. I had expected there to have been some difficulty or other or perhaps some areas that wouldn’t clean as well as others but the roof had been comprehensively cleaned and was as good as new. They cleaned up after them and were gone by 6pm that day. They even came back a couple of days later to make some minor repairs to a few damaged tiles and to lay some ‘gutter hedgehog’ in the gutters to prevent future clogging up. They even did this free of charge. In all, The Dorridge Roof Company did a first class, totally professional job on my roof. I was delighted with the results and I would thorough recommend them to anybody who wants their roof cleaned and wants to be sure of the results.
