Nice guy is Ralph. Came to look at my mum's ancient boiler that had stopped working. Got it going again. Bled all the radiators too. Very good communication throughout. Will definitely call again when needed.

We called Touchwood Plumbing on the Sunday between Christmas and new year after a fault with our boiler meant we had no hot water or heating. The engineer came out the same day and did his best to fix it. However it needed a new part. The engineer informed me that the boiler was still under warranty so the part could be replaced by the manufacturer. Not only did he check we were covered but he arranged for an engineer from the boiler company to come out with the right part and replace it at no extra cost to us. Fantastic and very friendly service. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Mark was professional, reliable and friendly. He fitted a new boiler, radiators, timer, two toilets and new flooring. The work was carried out to a very high standard. GD plumbing are highly professional services. They have done a bathroom installation in the utility room, under staircse toilet installation, a few radiators installations me. The complex shower system and all the hot and cold water plumbing and electrics have been done to high standards. The tiling and doors etc are also done with high aesthetic standards. They have been very reliable and approachable for any issues afterwards. All the work was finished in short period as promised. I will highly recommend them.

Really pleased with our new central heating system. New boiler, radiator’s and pipe work fitted to spec and to a high standard. Needed a boiler replacement urgently. We also had very slow water from our taps and sinks along with the issue of the water getting cold within minutes. Spoke to a gentleman Genti. He was very professional and booking him was very simple. Sent over some photos and he was down the very same day to inspect the job. Boiler was installed with a hot water tank within 3 days with full gas safe certificate and all warranties registered. Never had an issue with water or heating since. Excellent service from Manol. My boiler needed replacing after a couple of years of faults. MK plumbing came out and quoted. Very competitive quote and was able to do the work within a couple of weeks. Stuck to the quote, did not add anything on. Arrived on time and completed the new boiler installation on a Saturday in one day. Very polite and considerate plumber, would recommend.

MK did a fantastic job for us replacing a small bathroom. They had to take everything back to scratch and were excellent. Very reliable, high quality work and beautiful tiling. Manol and his wife managed the bathroom renovation project together and they are both very friendly and helpful. They responded to messages super quickly and gave us good advice when we were choosing all our new bathroom supplies, and they also drove us to pick up the tiles and Manol picked up other supplies for us which was helpful. Jonida was great at keeping everything organised and keeping track of the receipts and payments. The tiles and all the fittings look really nice and we are happy with the result! Manol has also replaced all our radiators and installed the new ones and they look lovely.

Peter investigated the fault on our boiler the same day we called him, he discussed our options and we decided to go for a new boiler. Peter came on the day he stated and on time. We were so pleased with the installation he had done we asked him to return the following week to install a new toilet. In short from a big job to small works I would not hesitate to recommend him to other people.

Dan was great from Eco Flame. Annually I get our boiler serviced by them, and I've found them very reliable and knowledgeable and nice people. We recently had water flowing into our cupboard under the sink. Dan came out the next day, earlier in the morning to fit us in, and helped fix the problem in a few minutes. Double Boiler Service. Phil was recommended to me by our street’s group chat, sent him a message he replied quickly and set a day and a time and came carried out the service and noticed another problem that needed doing came back a few days later to carry out the work. As a result of this I have decided to do the boiler service plan as I will be more than happy to have him service our boilers in 12 months time. Highly recommended.

What a lucky day for us when Eco Flame came to my mom's house. My mom had very little heating, and we needed some help. I reached out on checkatrade, and Eco Flame came out the same day of the enquiry. Straight away, we felt at ease with Phil. Moms heating was very old and so it was decided a knew boiler was required. Pam did a brilliant job at repositioning and fitting our new radiators. He worked so hard to fit us at short notice after we called him in desperation to get it done before the carpets are laid after our original plumber went AWOL on us. He made the smallest gap possible to fit himself under the floorboards when repositioning the pipes and was overall so considerate. He is reliable, receptive and genuinely a lovely person too and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!

He was very professional, easy going and even gave us a small refund because two components weren't required. I wonder how many would just charge you regardless. Pam came out to us on very short notice to fix an issue we were having with our hot water. As well as sorting the issue he was friendly and considerate towards our house. He also took the time to explain the system to us and show us some tips and tricks if we encounter issues in the future. All in all a great service, one we will definitely be using again

Received a very rapid response from Perry Plumbing when my boiler broke down and was beyond repair in the middle of January. Anthony arrived early the next day for the quote and very kindly offered me the use of a spare heater. My new boiler was fitted 48 hours later and installation was hassle free. He came out on a Sunday exactly when he said even ringing half an hour before he got to me to let me know he was on his way. Sorted the problem promptly and efficiently straight away.
