Utterly brilliant service. Came out same day when the gas issue with the solenoid had failed us. Being a manufacturer we needed to get work up and running and a super fast service carried out the same day with care and attention by Naseem. He was patient and careful and very friendly and easy to communicate with and generally have a friendly chat as well. Just a top guy doing a great job at a very good price. We will use again 100%

Absolutely amazing!!! Had a call with Nemo and he went above and beyond to get out to see us the same day. Nice to actually find a company who doesn’t rip you off too, very good prices and I would highly recommend.

We had problems with our boiler not switching off. Then it completely died on us Nemo came out and within 20 min he recognised the issues. He came back after ordering the parts. Took him about 40 min. He was polite and helpful and explained everything that he was doing. He cleared up and left no mess. Totally professional I would highly recommend Would 100% use again. These guys are fantastic. My boiler had given up during through coldest days during Christmas. Busy these guys sent someone over same day I called. They came over, did a bunch of tests ABs told me I need a new pcb board, which could be installed by my self. I followed their instructions and now the boiler is fixed at minimal cost to me. Thanks guys for the good service and fast response.
