Called out to a faulty boiler, they attended the same day, identified faults with the boiler very quickly, we decided to have a new boiler fitted, Muhammad sent a quote through the same day, we were very pleased with the price, confirmed date and time, Muhammad and his business partner turned up on time as promised, fitted the new boiler, cleaned through the system, left no mess, very pleasant people to deal with, would recommend and use again without hesitation

We recently had a great team from F&P Plumbing and heating come and replace an old boiler with another newer system. From start to finish we received great service. Cam was an excellent worker, he was very thorough and helpful. Answered all our questions and was very polite. The work was completed to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend this company if you need any plumbing and heating work doing.

These guys were super helpful. Dave diagnosed the problem with our boiler over the phone and I was able to send pictures to him. The quote was with me quickly and I was able to approve and get a time booked in to get the work done. Ryan, who came and did the work was friendly, helpful and completed the work cleanly and promptly. I would highly reccommend them to anyone!

Great service received from F & P Plumbing. Josh fitted our boiler a few years ago and did a great job. He first provided us with a competitive quote and answered all of our queries, then fitted the new boiler as agreed. He was very professional and helpful and also replaced some garage roof tiles at the same time (as a result of the boiler swap). Other plumbers said we would have to sort this ourselves. F&P did the whole job which we were very pleased about. Josh has since come back every year to service our boiler. Louise on reception is always helpful and another plumber Dave also helped us promptly to reset our boiler when we had a gas leak on the street by sending us a video to show us how to do this. I was personally very grateful as I was recovering from cancer treatment that day and couldn’t face that issue alone. Dave’s response was fast and efficient without having to get a plumber to visit. Highly recommended. Managed to fit us in for an urgent repair due to leak in our pipework which stopped our boiler working in a week of extreme cold weather. Thanks to the admin team for finding a way to fit us in and David for fixing our problem, it is very much appreciated. We have used them previously for boiler services and always found them to be helpful, polite and reliable.

Excellent service from the 2 guys at Optimal Plumbing and Engineering Ltd. I had an issue with lining up an inlet valve to the pipework for my downstairs toilet after replacing the floor, called them at 10:30am and they attended same day. Both were extremely polite and friendly, they tidied up after themselves and most importantly got the job done at a reasonable rate. Fantastic service and company and I will not hesitate to use them again in future!

Ryan and Adam took on quite a challenging job renovating our bathroom and at very short notice during a busy period before Christmas. They were very responsive and efficient, and incredibly hard working. Quite a few issues popped up through the process (such as discovering we had asbestos pipes) that they helped us with. We are really happy with the results and will use these guys again.

We used optimal plumbing to renovate our holiday home bathroom,we trusted Ryan and Adam with the keys the work was great and they left the place spotless, it’s the second time we’ve used optimal would not hesitate to recommend also the price was reasonable considering the distance.

We had a bad kitchen leak on a Sunday and Luke came out within half an hour. He fixed the leak in less than an hour. Luke is professional, friendly and his charges are reasonable. I will certainly be using Luke again for any plumbing jobs. I highly recommend Luke.

A great service today from Luke he was here in 15 mins and was honest with the problem with my heating boiler has it was due to lack of electricity supply. Problems due to storm in village with electricity supply. Checked the pump incase it had blown. No call out charge. Lovely guy. I will be using his company in future.

Simon is a perfect gentleman and exceptional gas engineer with broad technical skills. New Worcester-Bosch combi boiler installed within budget and timescale. Extra work also done (new TRV’s, radiator move, toilet flush valve, kitchen taps, garden tap) all to a high standard. Many thanks.

A few days ago the central heating wasn't coming on when programmed but there was still hot water. Having been given Simbuild's contact number by a friend who had told me that Simon had done a good job, I gave him a call and he was able to come and assess the job the next day. The problem was fixed quickly and efficiently but a leak was found which he came back today/the next day to fix. Fully working system again. 5 Stars!

Simon started on Monday as he start, bright and early at 0800 hrs and he did say they would be totally finished by around lunch time the next day and was true to his word. Simon couldn't have been any more professional, but friendly and courteous at the same time. Whilst you can only imagine the work that went behind the new boiler replacement, they were so considerate of property items as well as personal items. It was just 5* rating all the way through, it really was. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Woke up last week & boiler wasn’t working & on recommendation from a friend called Simbuild who came out that evening. Result was could try & fix but would soon need replacing or new boiler now. After sleeping on it went with new boiler & requested a Worcester Bosch & other than that left the specifics to Simon & as far as I can see the price I paid was lower than leading shops for same model. Simon arrived at 8am & finished around 5pm, he left the area tidy & demonstrated how to use the boiler. Throughout he was polite & friendly & just overall as pleasant an experience of having a new boiler could be. Definitely recommend.

Brajan from BS Plumbing quoted me for a replacement outside tap. He arrived when he said he would, removed the very old leaky tap and installed a nice shiny new one which is awesome. He also quoted me for some other plumbing jobs whilst he was here so I know how much they will be when I have saved the money to get them done :)

Brajan was quick to respond to my job post, came to my home and gave me a quote that same morning, then arrived on time the next day having let me know in advance that he was on his way. Gavin serviced our combi boiler and swapped out an old radiator, which wasn’t getting hot at the bottom, for a modern one for us a couple of months ago. He was very busy but managed to fit us in around other jobs and kept me informed along the way. Gavin seems very knowledgeable when it comes to Worcester Bosch boilers and the new radiator is amazing, it kicks out so much heat compared to the one it replaced. We’re very happy with his work and hope to use him again soon.

Excellent service from Gavin. He installed our new boiler a few years ago and has serviced it each year since. Also replaced radiator for us and outside tap and installed shock arrester to stop our noisy pipes which have been bothering me since we moved in! Would definitely recommend!

Imran is a very skilled and highly professional gas safe plumber. He provides ideas on what the best thing to do is for your house and ways in which it is cost effective. His work is very neat. He re-located and installed a new boiler from the bedroom to a more suitable location. He keeps up with yearly serving in a timely manner with fair pricing. Highly recommended. We haven't lived in the Dudley area for too long and our new home needed a couple of plumbing repairs (toilet not flushing/kitchen tap replacing).
