I cannot recommend Butterfly Dental enough! It was a calm and professional environment. The girls at reception were incredibly helpful and welcoming. And it was great to meet so much of the team in passing. The impressions that I was dreading to have taken were quick and easy. And I have never felt happier with the results of a hygiene appointment. Both Kat and Betsy made me feel completely comfortable and safe in their hands. Thank you Butterfly!

What an amazing first experience at Butterfly Dental Practice. I had my first hygienist appointment with Ellen and it was a brilliant experience. I get super nervous going to the dentist but i felt so at ease and Ellen explained each step to me. I didn’t even feel her cleaning my teeth it was that comfortable. From the moment I sat in her chair, she made me feel completely at ease with her friendly demeanor and professional approach. She explained every step of the cleaning process, ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Kat’s attention to detail is incredible—my teeth have never felt so clean! She is thorough yet gentle, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients’ oral health. She even provided me with great tips to improve my routine at home. Alan Ng is an absolutely fantastic dentist. All my family have been been coming here for years. He has superbly looked after my two daughters. He is very kind and gentle with them especially my youngest he always explains what and why hes doing what hes doing to her teeth. Any time he can he fits her an appointment when needed. Alan Ng is such a brilliant dentist! My children and I have been under his care for over 20 years. I used to be extremely nervous but he makes a great effort to put everyone at ease. All the staff are friendly.

Waris and his team are amazing. So far I've been nothing but thrilled with what they've done for me. Within a month he has fixed a bunch of problems I was waiting months to have fixed at my old place. They're very patient and happy to answer questions you have or if you need a moment during the dental work theyll stop. They did my dad's teeth for him and I'm so glad I choose to come here to get my own teeth done.

Waris is the best dentist I have had by miles. He is fantastic. I've had to have a bit of work done to my teeth over the years including a wisdom tooth extraction today. I never feel a thing. He always explains everything so you know exactly what's happening and is very good at putting you at ease. I'd recommend him to anyone. His team are also excellent. Always very friendly, professional and courteous.

Great practice with excellent staff, always welcoming and friendly. Never had a good relationship with the dentists so my teeth were in a poor state, Waris and the team really took care of me. After a course of aligners and some implants I feel great about my smile again.

Can honestly say dr waris Patel has worked he’s magic on my teeth from the start told exactly what we needed to achieve and he certainly went above and beyond to make my teeth looking great again Can’t recommend him and he’s staff enough 👌

Since first going to this dental practice Dr Shah and the team have looked after my dental health with great care and attention. They always explain aspects of my dental care in detail and make sure that I know how best to look after my teeth, in particular gum care.

I registered with this dental practice last year and the care I have had is amazing! I feel that I am getting the best possible treatment, the dentists are so thoughtful and planned my treatments in line with my financial ability. I had to have an emergency appointment and was treated immediately with the best care. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

The front-of-house team at this dental practice are wonderfully welcoming. Like many, I have a mild dental phobia (or what’s commonly referred to as being a nervous patient), but the front-of-house team always put me at ease with their warmth and friendliness. They never seem to forget a name or a face, which adds a personal touch that makes each visit feel more comfortable. Dr. Neehal and Dr. Arfeen are exceptional. Their bedside manner is fantastic, and they show genuine care and interest—not just in your teeth, but in you as a person. They always provide top-notch advice and explain everything clearly, so you understand exactly what needs to be done and why. Even though I moved from Didsbury years ago, I still make the one-hour round trip for my hygiene appointments and check-ups. My teeth are in the best condition they’ve ever been, thanks to the excellent care and guidance of this team. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my dental needs. Huge thanks to everyone at the practice for all that you do!

I hadn't seen a dentist in years ( decades more like). Got sorted out here by a fabulous dentist, Sarah, I think her name is. Calm, re-assuring and efficient. And Hats off to her for not turning and running when i walked in!! Totally recommend this surgery.

I was referred to the Avenue Dental Centre for removal of two teeth due to an impacted wisdom tooth. I was pretty nervous but found the dentist and the dental nurse really put my mind at ease. I felt comfortable and reassured and in safe hands. It was so much quicker than I could ever of imagined! Thank you for making such a stressful time so much easier!

I've been a patient of Dr Barton at Pemberton Dental Practice for many years. I have had most treatments available in the Dental World 😁. Some more invasive than others. Never once have I been treated without 100% respect, care and attention. Always 100% happy with the results and would (again) 100% recommend this fabulous professional Dental Practice and its wonderful staff.

Myself and my family have always had excellent service from this team. All members of staff are 100% polite and helpful. Every visit, we are pleased to receive lots of information regarding the health of our teeth and gums, also advise given is always appreciated. Excellent experience seeing dentist James and his dental nurse. A very relaxed experience. An added bonus was being offered an hygienist appointment on the same day and only waiting 10 minutes to be seen. Both ladies were excellent and gave great advice on continuing dental care. I would recommend the practice to anyone.

I had a pleasant check up at Re-Ignite. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Dr Imran with a warm countenance explained with clarity what was the best plan for me. I have had other experiences with dentists when I have come out of there not knowing the problem or unsure of their prognosis. I didn’t find either of those things with him. I feel like I’m in safe hands.
