Really, high quality care, excellent treatment, and follow up advice after the extraction, received written instructions on after care at home and sterile cotton wool, if any bleeding occured. Thought this was really caring and professional. Plus it was helpful to have the care instructions written, I usually forget. I was very nervous patient, Chris and staff they totally put me at ease. Big shout out to Chris and the dental nurses also reception staff. You're amazing.

I was referred by my dentist for a tooth extraction for Saturday 11 Jan. I was treated superbly from reception to surgery. I was informed throughout the extraction as to the procedure. I can't praise the practice anymore than thank you and will follow advice and the guidance sheet given to me. No pain or after effects. Peter

Had Neil and Hannah for 2 tooth extractions under local anaesthetic. It was so quick and painless. They made me feel comfortable and safe, even had a great little chat. Definitely recommend

I asked to be put on the NHS waiting list as there was no space currently, however, within minutes I had a call back saying some vacancies had just come come up out of the blue. I'm very grateful as I had just been advised by the hospital to get an appointment. Thanks for caring!

This was my first visit to Glen Mae dental practice. I was greeted by the very busy reception staff who were lovely and welcoming. There were lots of patients waiting to be seen but I didn’t wait long before my name was called. Meeting the dentist and his nurse I felt reassured I was in good hands. I left feeling confident and looking forward to my next appointment!

What a fantastic experience from start to finish. Dr. Tom Holloway was my dentist and he guided me through my journey. He was extremely accommodating and took a keen interest in what I wanted the final outcome to look like. The dental practice is lovely, as is the whole team. It is a welcoming, clean and modern environment, with a 5 star service in every department. I could not recommend Tom and his team highly enough. Thank you for such impressive results. Wonderful dental practice ,which recently added some lovely touches such as free water and travel size toothpaste. Lovely doctors who are always happy to listen than do the work after.(Very important !) Visiting Dr.Hannifa on a regular basis but Dr.Tom is equally as good and happy to help with anything he can. The most amazing Hygienist is Natalie who simply loves "picking " and cleaning with wide knowledge and attention to details. Last but not least, the ladies at reception are kind and caring and love a good chat. Returning there as a customer evendough i moved away as im never disappointed. Highly recommend!

Having suffered with anxiety and nerves all my life going to the dentist is a very difficult task. I am normally early to all appointments I have as a way to deal with said nerves, so today was a bad day as I got the time wrong and started to feel myself getting flustered to put it mildly, however the amazing receptionist (sorry I didn't catch your name) seen my distress assured me not to worry or panick as she would speak to the Dr (Dr yang) and see if there was anything they could do to accommodate. They did and I managed to get seen by the amazing Dr Yang and I was made to feel comfortable whilst in the chair and all i can say is they went beyond expectations and were so kind and made what could have been a hellish experience for me very pleasant. I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment. 10/10 across the board. Thank you 😊

thank you very much to everyone at the practice who helped me get sorted out with my root canal treatment last month and yesterday. The dentist I saw was Jonathan Skidmore and dental nurse Zoe and they made me feel so welcomed, looked after and felt that I was in really good hands. The treatment has been a massive success and I’m happy with the outcome. I also wanted to say thank you to Abdul who organised my appointment and I was able to bring me in at short notice due to my symptoms, I was extremely grateful for this! I work in private medical care and I often forget how daunting it can be like to be the patient, but the level of care, knowledge and professionalism has been second to none and I really wanted to say I heartfelt thank you, for not making me want to dread dental treatment! Had a private emergency dental appointment last Friday. Receptionist took my call and swiftly arranged an appointment at 3pm on the same day. Very helpful and efficient. No time wasted. I received care from Tiphanie and Catherine. Both were very professional and friendly making the whole experience a very pleasant one. Tiphanie was very careful and patient explaining what to expect from an emergency appointment, examining my problem and explaining my options. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental centre to anyone.

I have been a patient at the Valance practice fo over 40 years. I have never had any problems or negative experiences with the treatment provided. I always get to speak to an advisor and if I need emergency treatment they always fit me in . All the dentists that have treated me always provide advice and support that is beneficial to me . I would highly recommend this practice to family and friends

Such a lovely dentist with lovely staff. They make you feel so at ease and explain everything very clearly. I never dread coming to the dentist. I usually see Tiphanie and Natalie who are both super friendly and super professional. Can’t recommend enough.

Wow wow what can I say about this dentist Dr hana so amazing should put mu mind at ease and made me feel comfortable and and the fear off dentist went away fast the staff great here and the dental nurse who so kind and caring about there patients and it’s clean and tidy place local area Chorlton and definitely recommend this private dentist to anybody. I’m over the moon with Dr Hannah she’s so nice a lovely lady to talk to and friendly. I’ll close my eyes and my treatments were done. That’s what we need. I didn’t feel nothing at all when she was doing my teeth, can’t wait to go back and it’s nice have regular checkups and regular hygienist help maintain the teeth hygiene is priority. Absolutely I love this place. They really look after me made my day. What a credit to the team dr hana I was embarrassed about my teeth and she’s non-judgemental and I was getting scared but she assured me that was going to be okay. That’s all what we need in dentist or not as bad as People make them out to be the staff really look at after me here I was scared anxious and the hygienist is really lovely here and they looked after me very very patient and kind and showed me empathy because I was scared and nervous but it really went well. I went to another appointment last week and it went well. I’m so proud of myself to feel the fear I went to get my dental treatment done because hygiene is priority dental hygiene especially the dentist are not as bad as people make them out to be an absolute love it that needs a dentist. Definitely recommend this one actually nice the stuff is so nice and kind that when all we need. Good dental hygiene and good dental care I’ll definitely be back again soon. My niece has asked me to review here dental work, having phoned many dentists, dentology was able thanks to Samantha, to give me the answers and information that I could not get from any other practice. Work was done over two weeks including crowns, deep root canal and all fillings, we only had two weeks before her flight back to texas and the treatment plan was perfect.
