Michael did a brilliant job on our roof repair. He came out to inspect our leaky chimney stack and identified the problems. He took plenty of photos and patiently talked us through what the problems were and how he’d fix them. He offered a very fair price for the work and managed to fit us in at a time that worked for us. He took more photos as he progressed through the work giving updates. Since the job he’s messaged multiple times after rainy weather to make sure everything is all ok. Without a doubt would recommend him.

I highly recommend Michael. He explained professionally the issues of the roof and chimney. His quote is very clear, honest, and fair and there’s nothing hidden. He repaired the broken tiles and took all the broken bricks down from the roof and cemented it. He handled it carefully. He also repaired my leaking gutter. After replacing the parts of the gutter, he lifted up the hosepipe to the roof to test the leak of the gutter. I was amazed by his skills and care for people. He then cleaned the site to make sure it’s clean and tidy. I can’t praise him enough. You can truly trust him.

The roof was really easy to install and took well with minimal maintenance. A year on and the green roof is doing really well. Felt the need to water it during that dry May month but otherwise it looks after itself. Beautiful and a good sponge to slow the deluges before they flood the stream.

Ashton roofing were professional, straight talking and very helpful, with great customer service. We were in the middle of trying to sell our house, and required a roof inspection to settle some doubt left by a survey. Ashton Roofing resurfaced two roofs for us. One a bay window roof might have been regarded as more conventional but they still did an excellent job with plenty of insulation and efficient drainage. Highly recommend Steve and the guys at Renown Roofing! Steve replaced our guttering, and fixed a few issues with our roof. From start to finish, Steve was always happy to take our calls, keep us updated and answer any 'silly' questions myself (or partner) had. 'Renown Roofing' recently replaced one of the valleys on my roof as well as attending to some other minor repairs. Their service was absolutely superb and I cannot fault them in any way. ALB roofing Developments Ltd. are members of the NFRC and I read some excellent reviews prior to making my decision to use their services. Response times to emails; as well as the time it took to quote were quick (thanks to Megan for this). The work was carried out by a team of 4 who worked extremely hard in awful weather conditions. They were courteous, cleaned up each day, and the work took 4 days to complete. The MD (who advised me that he has roof OCD) inspected everything at the end of the job, and I now have a brand new roof with a 10 year guarantee. I would highly recommend this company.
