After several bad builders over the years it was refreshing to have a professional and quality service from start to finish during a recent roof replacement. Communication was excellent, with the team both on- and off-site keeping us up to date with all works. The schedule given was adhered to, despite difficult and challenging weather. In spite of the challenges, the on-site team headed by Sam always proved to be polite and cheerful, ensuring that quality was not compromised. We would definitely recommend Young's to anyone needing a roof replacement and our thanks go to Roy, Sam and Dean for their professional and polite manner throughout.

Young & Co completed a roof replacement for our block of flats. They completed an extensive survey for us and provided us with a specification to suit. Everything was very professional and we were provided with all the proper documentation and certificates during the works and following completion. Bloody hell Danny state of garden in pic 😄 All about the roof though and what a great job including removal, clean and refit of original with nice colour mix old with new bits. All new slate and lead to extension bang on I had a right fear on about meeting existing windows with pitch etc but no need as all dressed to impress! Spot on experience highly recommend.

Sean,Kieran and team replaced our 60+ year old roof and installed new guttering. They were a joy to have around. We kept them happy with regular refreshments and they in turn worked so hard. They cleaned up after each day and then ensured all debris was removed before leaving at the jobs conclusion. Well pleased thank you boys.

I highly recommend Michael. He explained professionally the issues of the roof and chimney. His quote is very clear, honest, and fair and there’s nothing hidden. He repaired the broken tiles and took all the broken bricks down from the roof and cemented it. He handled it carefully. He also repaired my leaking gutter. After replacing the parts of the gutter, he lifted up the hosepipe to the roof to test the leak of the gutter. I was amazed by his skills and care for people. He then cleaned the site to make sure it’s clean and tidy. I can’t praise him enough. You can truly trust him.

Really nice guy, took the time to explain through the work he was doing replacing the flashing/repairing my chimney and checked in on how the work was holding up after he had completed. Michael McGowan did an amazing job on my Roof Repair. He was polite and friendly. Michael was also meticulous, patient with attention to detail and knowledgeable as he explained what he was going to do and what he had done. I already had before photos. Photos were then taken during the repairs and on completion. The house is a tall 3 storey Victorian Terrace and the party wall joining the neighbour’s roof front and back with mine, had a disintegrating silver foil held in place with bitumen and several broken tiles including a leaking Bay Window. He managed to remove it all, then replacing any broken slates on the neighbour’s side, placing a hidden bonding join underneath, finally placing my tiles in place and sealing both sides together. He left a very nice and well finished Roof and Bay Window. Any broken tiles were replaced on my side. We did have to wait for the dry weather. Once it came the big job was finished in 3 days. Fair priced. Would use again. Thank you Michael.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Just Property Care Ltd from the very start. Our roof was damaged in a storm and as soon as I contacted Michael he was very responsive and answered all my questions. The communication was absolutely brilliant and professional. John has done a few jobs for me over the last 10 years or so and his work is always first class. True gent. He fitted a flat roof to my garage and now after 10 years an insurance inspection has found the roof is still in excellent condition. The work stands the test of time! Highly recommended.

Texted last night with details and pictures of a repair required on my daughter’s roof after the weekend’s storms. Within 10 minutes I had a very reasonable price and after a few more minutes had arranged for the job to be done today, got a text message at around 9am today to say he was on his way. The job was done without any fuss and although I wasn’t there my daughter tells me he was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company.

I contacted John after the storm as my roof edges were hanging off. After sending him pictures he gave a price and said he would get to me ASAP. Within a few days he rang to say he was on his way and came within 20 minutes. He just did the job with no fuss. I feel I can sleep easy now knowing it's not going to fall off and damage my neighbours car. He is a really nice man and very genuine. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. I have already asked him to do another job and he will let me know when he can do it. I have every confidence in him.
