Excellent team. Tom returned my call immediately and came around when he said he would and gave me honest assessment of what needed doing - and perhaps more importantly what didn’t need doing - submitted me with a proper detailed estimate in a timely manner. Tom booked me in a week or so later and he and Dean turned up when they said they would. The work took a day or so longer than was expected but with no extra charges and good attention to detail - in fact the team noticed more work was actually required but the price never changed. It was good to have people who knew what they were doing on the job and had attention to detail. Site was left tidy at the end, soffits cleaned and debris removed. Highly recommend these guys, very personable professional outfit and they just get on with the work and hardly taking breaks! Good reputation in my street as they’ve been working on a few of my neighbour’s roofs too.

I am extremely happy with the work carried out by UK Property Solutions. They were very reliable, efficient and got the job done to a very high standard. After they had finished the paving, they voluntarily went out of their way to do additional work which they didn’t ask to be paid extra for, e.g. tidying my garden, and cutting some wood I had to be used for firewood. The most efficient, professional company, punctual, polite and made me feel at ease being a woman on my own, at the same time they went above and beyond to help me with a flat roof that was leaking through the kitchen and bathroom. I had my leaky roof fixed in a good time frame to say it was the festive period. After works were completed I received photos to show what had been done. Great experience throughout. The quote stage was very prompt and easy with numerous photos taken of the roof during the survey to show the issues from closer up. As requested, two options were given for ways to resolve the issues. We were pleased with the quote and scheduling the work was simple with great communication. The two guys who did the work on the day were friendly and seemed very efficient. The work quality appeared excellent. Very easy to deal with and would recommend. Very professional throughout.

Decided that I needed new soffits and fascias on my property and chose Northern Roofline after reading positive reviews. Very glad that I did. The installation process was very quick, curtious and professionall. I was also able to keep TV aerial in same place which was good. Craig came out 4 quote to price up full roof l8er it came via email,decided 4 roof repair coming l8er to quote friendly no trouble for help.After some thought decided to go with replacement roof as less than 10k & roof 50+ years old excellent choice of tile types ,colours,2 thickness,awaiting for site manager nick to contact for job to be started.Dean rang 6/11/24 to say scaffold coming 8/11/24 from us 10am then reroof 11/11/24 8am both dates on time, this was done in a day! with loads of roofers, cleared up mess & even removed old carpet in loft with no trouble,great set of lads .At the end showed photo's before of stripped roof ( what a mess) & afterwards such an improvement comes with 20 year guarantee .If roofers needed these are highly recommended well worth it for the price

After a bad experience with a roofer we were urgently looking for help to complete our roof. Felix from High Design Roofing responded quickly. He noted our concerns on poor quality workmanship, found others and quoted us the same day. On agreeing the quote he had a team of 5 roofers here within 48 hours along with the materials needed and completed repairs within two days- this included replacing ridge tiles, redoing valleys etc on a complex roof. His manner and work ethics are good, and he listens to concerns and finds solutions. He was expensive but the quality of work and peace of mind were worth it.

Hi everyone I would really recommend this company for any Roofing repairs. Felix spotted a damaged beam which he repaired but 2 other companies missed it. All the work was completed in the time I was told and they cleared the rubbish and swept up. The guys were friendly and polite. I need future work done and I will be getting them back in.

High Design did a great job replacing our roof from start to finish, within a week of contacting Felix he came out, priced the work, on agreement the scaffolding was up on the Friday and by the end of Monday the work was done. Had Ridge tiles rebedding after discovering a leak on my roof rafters and got chimney partially repointed. Scott did a great job had it done in a day, it fixed the problem of the leak. Would highly recommended Scott for any work and will be using again in future for any work.

Needed to do a whole new re-roof (including fascia, cladding and guttering) of my parents property and quickly as was patched up by home insurance to last a couple of weeks. Was recommended this company by a friend. Came to do a quote within a few days of contact and spent time assessing the roof, rather than just doing drone pics which can’t actually tell you what’s going on under the surface, as had a few of these quotes and were not that beneficial other than calculating measurements. Quote was reasonable compared with the other quotes I had. Craig was very thorough and honest and answered all my queries. He could see the urgency and gave reasonable time lines. Kept me in the loop at every stage. I do not live in the area and the whole job was done without me being there or meeting the team directly but I felt very reassured as Craig updated me and was very approachable. He could see I was interested in the details and was more technical at answering my questions. He is very knowledgeable and definitely knows his stuff, no question about that. The neighbours were so impressed with Craig and his expertise, that they decided to get their roof done at the same time Craig and his team (Luke, Daniel and Scott) worked really hard and got the job done in the time frame stated. Sending me updates and photo’s throughout the week. They cleared up after, leaving everything neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company. Craig is also registered with the NFRC, so all the work is guaranteed and I received the building regulations certificate too, so much less faff than going with a roofer who does not provide this. Just had complete new roof on a semi, new roof on extension and all new soffits gutters and facials all done by Craig and his team. We would highly recommend Craig Bridges and his team following our full re-roof and Velux window installation. We found them to be professional, knowledgeable, reliable and fast! From the initial visit, where Craig spent time to inspect the roof, using a drone for a closer view and spending time to discuss the job, we felt confident that he would be thorough and knew what he was doing. We received a full quote soon after. Prior to the start of work, Craig was onsite to check materials were all delivered ready for the work to begin. The team did the full re-roof quickly and to a high standard completing a large roof in just 4 days even with heavy rain and for the price we had agreed up front.

Craig team arrived to replace our ridge tiles yesterday . The lad arrived on time explained the job to me. I had some reservation about how the felt in the loft would be mended. They reassured me it would be fine. They finished the job and cleaned up well. They ended up doing more than the quote to make certain the damaged roof felt was removed and replaced I check the felt in the loft and it is better that I could have dreamed of. GREAT JOB they did not charge any extra for doing it. The roofer said that he does what is necessary to do the job correctly. I would recommend this trader to any body. I am now going to book another job with them in the next few weeks
