I would recommend every single time. We have used them for a few smaller jobs and my mum has too for some more complex and larger jobs. They approach every aspect of their work with a professional, friendly and realistic view and they went above and beyond to make my elderly mum feel safe and secure after being treat quite badly by a previous trader. Excellent team. Tom returned my call immediately and came around when he said he would and gave me honest assessment of what needed doing - and perhaps more importantly what didn’t need doing - submitted me with a proper detailed estimate in a timely manner. Tom booked me in a week or so later and he and Dean turned up when they said they would. The work took a day or so longer than was expected but with no extra charges and good attention to detail - in fact the team noticed more work was actually required but the price never changed. It was good to have people who knew what they were doing on the job and had attention to detail. Site was left tidy at the end, soffits cleaned and debris removed. Highly recommend these guys, very personable professional outfit and they just get on with the work and hardly taking breaks! Good reputation in my street as they’ve been working on a few of my neighbour’s roofs too.

I cannot recommend UK Property Solutions highly enough. They came to my property, promptly. The most efficient, professional company, punctual, polite and made me feel at ease being a woman on my own, at the same time they went above and beyond to help me with a flat roof that was leaking through the kitchen and bathroom. Tom and Dean were a pleasure to have here. Such a great company. Done an incredible job. I can now sleep at night when it’s raining. Thanks to Tom and Dean. I am extremely happy with the work carried out by UK Property Solutions. They were very reliable, efficient and got the job done to a very high standard. After they had finished the paving, they voluntarily went out of their way to do additional work which they didn’t ask to be paid extra for, e.g. tidying my garden, and cutting some wood I had to be used for firewood. Thank you, I would definitely recommend you and use you again.
