James and his band of merry men did a fantastic job on our roof repair of the dry verge back ond front. They also repaired the guttering that had not been fitted correctly at no extra cost. James and his team have done an excellent job renovating and re-slating the roof of our terraced house in a conservation area. They added extra insulation, re-felted etc and reused as many of the original slates as they could. They sourced extra reclaimed slate as needed and it matches perfectly. James is great to work with. He is very professional and answers messages very quickly. He does what he says and always arrives on time. When it was drizzling with rain, they came and sat in the van outside the house until they were able to start. Reasonably priced too! Thank you, James, Paul and team.

We had our Roof done by this company which has just been completed. They were a very professional team and did a great job!!! All who were in involved in this job were very polite and kept in contact with us throughout at all times. All debris was removed and left clean and tidy. The work started a few weeks later and James and his team completed my entire re roof in 2 days, in the blazing 28 degree heat! Hi everyone I would really recommend this company for any Roofing repairs. Felix spotted a damaged beam which he repaired but 2 other companies missed it. All the work was completed in the time I was told and they cleared the rubbish and swept up. The guys were friendly and polite. I need future work done and I will be getting them back in.

After a bad experience with a roofer we were urgently looking for help to complete our roof. Felix from High Design Roofing responded quickly. He noted our concerns on poor quality workmanship, found others and quoted us the same day. On agreeing the quote he had a team of 5 roofers here within 48 hours along with the materials needed and completed repairs within two days- this included replacing ridge tiles, redoing valleys etc on a complex roof. His manner and work ethics are good, and he listens to concerns and finds solutions. He was expensive but the quality of work and peace of mind were worth it.

Really impressed with Felix. He was super prompt with supplying a quote and getting round to get the work done on our chimney. It was competitive pricing and done quickly. There's a ten year guarantee so you feel in good hands. His communication was really good and even came over one day in person to tell me when the weather was too bad to do the work. We had a few small jobs that needed looking at that two other roofers snubbed and made it feel as if it wasn’t worth their while. Trusst were the opposite, Mick listened to what we needed, asked for a few photos up front and came round to carry out the work turning up as agreed. A timescale and cost was given then got to work. During the work he found the start of a wasps nest and treated it for us without any additional cost. Really pleased with the quality of the work and service, nice people to deal with and would recommend.

After an initial phone call, Mick and Adam arrived within 30 min to look at the guttering and roof tiles as rain and the thaw after the latest snow was running down the inside of the house , took photos of the problem and set out a plan of action , IN DETAIL also advising at each stage of repair. While replacing tiles found many more that were damaged, replacing those too , as well as lining, guttering and fixing fascia. They are a most efficient team, friendly and respectful of customer and property, leaving nothing behind, removed all broken,damaged items. We got a quote for our bay window roof doing, they came over and gave us professional images and a quote pack that also included photos of the current state of the roof. They came out cheaper than another roofer with a much longer guarantee so we proceeded. Communication was excellent from DPR and the end result was spot on. We received before, during repair and after photos. There was good communication afterwards when we needed the scaffolding removed too and they did all that side. We'll need a full new roof within the next few years and this will be the first company I contact for a quote.

DPR quickly and effectively completed extensive work on my damaged, leaking roof in July 2024, removing all 3 crumbling chimney stacks and fitting new ridges. They also arranged for robust scaffolding to be put in place for the duration of their work. Their costs were fully explained, and payment was straightforward.

Excellent service, I highly recommend this firm. I had a water leak in a bedroom and Lewis visited quickly to assess, and completed the repair the following day. He showed me before and after drone photos of the roof and clearly explained what the problem was. Very professional and trustworthy. Whilst completing the repair, Lewis spotted another minor issue, unrelated to the cause of the leak. He repaired this at no extra charge, which was a kind and considerate act, much appreciated.

Pete came and quoted for a flat roof replacement, received a quote a few days later, very reasonably priced, came to do works a week later, took 1 day to do. Came with his son Ryan, both worked hard and kept us informed at all times. Ryan and Peter have just replaced the guttering, drainpipes, facia's and soffit's on my elderly mum's bungalow. They completed the work to a very high standard, were friendly, helpful, tidy and professional and were extremely competitive in their pricing. The biggest compliment I can give them however, is that they were trustworthy. In a profession that can quite regularly be occupied by 'cowboys' Ryan and Peter were fantastic. Best roofing company around! Simple. Lee and his team pride themselves on details and communication - in relative terms, something which I haven’t found other roofing “companies” to be very good at. The team are extremely knowledgeable, personal and responsive. Lee and the team inhereted a job which evolved quickly and were able to give assurance and act quickly. The communication was second to non and even came out at 10pm and Sundays just to provide assurance and help with small amount of water ingress during the “stripping” process. Something you wouldn’t get elsewhere! 10/10 - would recommend to anyone!
