Just had one of the best brekkies I've had in a long while. And trust me I've had a few ! Great price too....

Has had a lovely refresh since new ownership. A place with actual decent coffee and a children's play space is the ultimate dream for parents. Lots of space for pram parking . There is a step to enter but staff are helpful with getting you in. There is a changing table in the toilet (which is very clean) complete with emergency supplies! The only downside is that there's not so much room for supervision of children in the play area but the rest of the cafe is spacious to come and keep checking on them/ is well within heating distance. The children's lunchbox is also a great deal.

Came in by chance during brighouse 1940s weekend. Stopped to look at the stall they had due to the eye catching toys and the person running the stall mentioned the cafe. I was looking for somewhere to sit and breastfeed so we all (3 adults and 4 children age 4mo-7y) went in and had a sit down at one of the tables outside in the fenced area. We're all very impressed with the staff, the drinks, and the play area and toys! The kids were kept busy while us grown ups had a nice drink and rest and I fed the baby. We will absolutely be back!

Absolute golden gem of a coffee shop, I hope and pray more places like this pop up. Somewhere safe for parents with young kids to go. It’s so hard to take a toddler out and about some days, especially when I really struggle with my mental health. This coffee shop felt so welcoming and safe. A great place to breastfeed too if you have younger children. The coffee is great, and staff are so friendly. An absolutely fantastic cafe. Thank you so much!

Very busy on a Thursday morning, however I managed to get a seat sharing a table. I didn't eat but the cappuccino was very nice. The cake selection looked delicious but I am trying to be good! Staff were friendly.

What a surprise this cafe was. Not what I was expecting at all and just lovely. Great coffee, great atmosphere and lovely service. I will be back!

Had my lunch here yesterday and it was delicious. Service excellent, staff are all lovely. Decor is very nice and the place itself is very cosy. Highly recommend.

3rd July I entered the newly opened Fratellis to be greeted by friendly and welcoming staff. I was unsure what to order, until the array of sweet treats caught my eye. I ordered a slice of Victoria Sponge and a pot of tea. The cake was light and airy, not sickly like a lot of sponge cakes can be. There is more on offer here than the previous owner(s) had. There is separate menus for drinks, breakfast and lunch and gluten free options are available on the foods produced which will cater perfectly to those with gluten intolerances. I shall review their Lunch menu over the next couple of days and will write an honest review of the food as I have here.

recently discovered a hidden gem in Brighouse, and it’s truly a delight. From the outside, the café looks cozy, but once inside, it’s surprisingly spacious, with a charming rustic cycling-themed decor. It’s easily accessible from both the road and the canal, making it a convenient stop whether you’re driving or taking a stroll along the water. The café is also dog-friendly, which added to the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. We ordered a cappuccino, a latte, the sharing platter (just the right portion for two), and a cherry Bakewell for dessert. Everything was full of flavor, and the service was impressively quick. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot to unwind, enjoy good food, and soak in the atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I have considerable experience when it comes to eating full English breakfast 😋 and in my opinion you will not find a tastier, better value for money breakfast anywhere as good as kafe rose in brighouse.

The older gentleman who I assumed owns the place made us feel so welcome. Staff were very friendly and the food was brilliant.

Me and mum looking for a cafe, and we came across you on the high street, ordered the hot roast beef sandwich which was beautifully hot, delicious and finished my plate and my mum had the bacon sandwich found really nice. Had a latte and a hot chocolate. Really nice. Love the stylish modern feel to the place, feels like a old fashioned cafe. Will definitely visit again

I go into this cabin regularly, the food is mind blowing 🤯 must try the homemade mince meat and veg pie! And do not gey me started on there homemade cakes, then are to die for

Six of us called in on our motorbikes after the M62 coach bomb memorial service. What an absolute gem of a find, great food, great staff. I had loaded crumpets & coffee, brilliant value for money The Sunday specials some customers were having gave me food envy! Will be back for sure, roll on the summer & bike & bbq nights, may even treat the good lady to Sunday lunch as well! 😉 Cheers👍🏻

I called in this place today after driving past it a hundred times and ordered a large English breakfast. Talk about large it was the biggest breakfast I've ever had anywhere.All the ingredients were fresh and quality. The plate was huge and all well cooked.The two ladies there were lovely and very friendly.They were ever baking fresh muffins etc ,proper job. Very friendly and a lovely atmosphere and clean inside . At last the one place I can say gives value for money and proper buttery thick tiger bread toast!! I find nowadays everyone takes your money and gives nothing in return but this place is the opposite and have me some hope 😃.I'll be back for sure.

Wanted to try some food here for years but the parking is often overfilled….and now I know why. Finally managed to park today and get inside. Ordered a breakfast with a couple of extras, nothing was too much trouble and they have a full brew station to help yourself at. Prices are exactly what they should have been. Spot on. Breakfast arrived in no time and the portion sizes were plentiful and everything looked stunning and tasted even better, fantastic runny eggs, nicely done bacon and sausages. Fried bread to die for. Everything ya could want and more. Well done guys. Friendly atmosphere and nice and warm on a cold winters day like today. Many thanks. Hope I can manage to park again next time. Cheers. What a little belter of a cafe! Proper hidden gem. Fresh quality ingredients with a massive tea cake. Quality sausages. Clean outside table and chairs. She cant do enough for you. Dog water provided. Just a cracking cafe so definitely our go to place for lemon Fanta with ice and blue and red straws in Brighouse . Good value to at under a tenner for 2 meals and 2 drinks!

Excellent "Caffeine Resus" stop whilst out on the MTB. New proprietor Kelly is naturally friendly and attentive.... And serves excellent coffee. 👍👍

Went to see my grandma for the day, and popped into Brighouse not been here for years never seen this place before but great coffee and a really nice cheese ham toasty with weé bit of pickle, Bootyfull 👍🏼

Had the most perfect bacon and egg buttie EVER!! My wife and son were also equally impressed with their coffee and hot chocolate, with the friendly service to top it all off 😀 Would go there every morning if we could.

my FIANCE took me here today are 1st time being here try to order fry up cause I am Northern Irish I had sasuge fried egg beans bacon and baked beans and one slice of toast my FIANCE had tuna and cheese toasted and it was lovely and warm we have been to other cafe I'm Brighouse and not the same we will be coming back

Great little dog friendly place, that's actually bigger than it looks from outside as the covered area is really spacious. Delicious cake, nice atmosphere and a nice selection of well priced food on the menu.

A lovely breakfast at Verity's, the portion size for a half breakfast was good - and the food itself was ok. Unruly loud children always puts a downer on the atmosphere, so unfortunately that made me enjoy my breakfast less. I will be coming here again though, so I'll make sure to update my rating then again.
