The Best Cafes in Kippax, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom (2025)

We visited Oliver’s Cafe today with our 4 sons for the parents and children day and it was brilliant! We have 4 sons aged 1-7 and there was something for them all to do, the staff were welcoming and the food and drinks were delicious! Will definitely be back next Monday☕️

Loved the milkshake, would really recommend this place. Dog friendly aswell. Went with my mum and had a nice chat with the owner. Go with my friend sometimes and enjoy it every time. Cakes are delish and Oreo milkshakes have never tasted better. Thanks xx

I usually grab myself a hot drink to go when out and about working. Matthew and his team are very friendly. I always get asked how hot I want my drink. Great prices and not expensive.

My partner asked me to leave a review on her behalf as she tried it when passing through for work. She is a bit of a coffee snob and very particular about it! She said she was very impressed with the coffee here, her latte was really nice and served right temp (not too hot) and highly recommends it!

Decided to call in here for a bite to eat, had a sandwich, cake and tea, all were delicious! The selection of cakes and buns were too tempting and took a few home for family. Very nice lady served me and we had a chat. Would definitely recommend and I will call again next time I am visiting my sister in Kippax. 🙂🍰

Had food inside and a Sunday dinner delivered by this fine cafe. Food is to die for. Under new ownership Nicola and dawn are doing a wonderful job

Went for breakfast no prices on the board inside it's on a seperate menu sheet on the counter. Prices for breakfast range from 6.50,7.50 and 9.50 for the belly buster with toast and tea or coffee with all breakfasts. The difference on the belly buster is you get black pudding and two thin slices of spam with three sausage and four bacon. The food came quickly and despite the missing mushrooms (which I didn't mention) was good. The price compared to other places is expensive in my opinion. I can get the same breakfast for 8.40 a few miles away, so 1.10 more. Not a bad breakfast overall hence my four stars.

Really friendly welcome and staff go above and beyond. In lockdown they travelled out of their area to deliver. Last week they made a gorgeous brownie cake for my son’s birthday which made him laugh. The decorations were customised to his favourite chocolates too! The photos don’t show how sticky and decadent the brownie was, best brownie ever! 10/10 would highly recommend

Fantastic little cafe, kind and friendly staff especially the owner. The food overall was fabulous, the staff and their brillian attitude towards customers and their work place is outstanding. Would definitely come again and would recommend it to all.

I have never had a full English breakfast in all my travels as big and cheap and nice.
