Food is very warm and good. Staff members are very nice and kind. I will recommend this for everyone who wants to eat shawarma in dewsbury Area. I highly recommend everyone to come and eat food.

I ordered the chicken shawarma, which was great, but my husband ordered the chicken masala and roti which were incredible! By far the best of either dish I've had in the UK, the chicken was so delicious and layered with flavour and the roti had a perfect texture, I'll be ordering that next time! Ali's chai is also the best I've had since being in India many years ago and he is so welcoming and friendly I look forward to trying everything else on the menu!

Everything was cooked perfectly, good portions, service was excellent. Not pricey at all. I would have happily paid another tenner. Lovely cosy place. Will definitely be coming back.

We have had breakfast and lunch here, and both have been a lovely place to dine, meet friends, etc. The atmosphere and service are outstanding. It has become our favourite place to go to .

Great little find. Great food with a great atmosphere. Service and food were great. Free parking as well. Great little shop inside. Be careful you can spend a lot in there. All in all, it's very good. They also have a small animal farm next door and it's free.

The Food here is seriously so good. Really wish i had discovered it sooner but plan on making up for that. Some cute animals you can feed too and a great Gift Shop.

We had a lovely stop here. The choice of ales is enormous and the pub has a lovely atmossphere. It's also very conveniently located right inside the train station and it has an outside sitting and smoking area. Don't let the dimly lit interior and some of the guests put you off. It only seems a bit grungy as first but most people there are as friendly and open to a chat as most Yorkshire people are. Great stop if you want to do the booze train journey from Leeds to Huddersfield.

Great station pub good atmosphere great selection of beer and the pizzas are pretty good plus you can get hot pork scratchings
Rating: 5 / 5
Great range of beers and pastry products. I had a very tasty pork pie and a pint of Ossett session pale ale for £7.50, which was great!
Rating: 4 / 5
I had an hour's wait for my train and the platform was filled with the delicious smells from their kitchen. Admittedly the place was quiet, which was good because it made for excellent service. The food was great, but I was also so hungry at this point my opinion may be biased. I did like the insect hotel that was in the pub garden, gave a real caring/compassionate side to the place. I enjoyed my brief visit.

Excellent food and excellent staff 💯 The desi breakfast is unmatched in quality, authenticity and taste. We ordered 2 of the breakfast meal 3’s and an aloo pranta. The channay, halwa, puri, pranta and tea are easily the best in the area. Lahori markaz will now be my default go to for a desi heart warming breakfast from now on.

I tried the paya and off the bone meat karahi, it tasted just like home, authentic and fresh. I also got the plain paratha, which was just as tasty. Friendly and Hard working people. I have also tried the halwa puri and channay with frothy coffee and can say that this place hits the spot.

Great little gem in Ravensthorpe. Sheek kebabs and the Chicken karahi (1/2 kg) was very nice. Service was spot on, owners recommended the dishes and also offered us all desi tea on the house. Price very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful smoothies, food and homemade cakes here with jolly staff, street parking and set in a fairly cosy cafe which still was very roomy for the building.

Visited for a takeaway coffee, was pleased it see it was easy access for pram / pushchair and their was plenty of room to sit in with one, although I chose to takeaway. The coffee was tasty, good quality coffee but could have done with being not as hot as the milk will of burnt the coffee because it was too hot. Friendly staff, would definitely return :)

Amazing hidden gem. Pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. We had two full English breakfasts, eggs Benedict with ham, French toast with bacon, and a cinnamon swirl between three of us. The food was excellent, cooked to perfection and certainly mouthwatering! You definitely need to go and give it a whirl. I highly recommend the visit 😊

Why would you give this place anything less than 5 stars?! Reserved online, the table was ready, the food was perfect, and the customer service was exceptional, especially from the lady who used to work at Jems! Will definitely be back soon.

I brought my nieces for lunch in the school holidays. Lovely friendly staff and great food. When you buy adult meal got a kids half price. There was so much choice and all really fresh ingredients. I had the prawn, salmon and avocado salad it was lovely. Emma the owner is so welcoming and a true Yorkshire lass. We will definitely be back 😃

First time visiting, for me, but will definitely go back. Lovely staff. We really enjoyed our food. Lovely place. The only thing that would be nice is a smaller portion option lol. My daughter and myself were with my Mum, she's 87, doesn't have a huge appetite but she fancied a jacket potato. It was huge! She chose cheese and bean filling it was really nicely presented but far too big for her. Maybe a pensioner/ smaller portion would be good. My mum was sorry to waste it. (She's of the era of not wanting to waste her food). I had a tuna melt on sourdough. Lovely. My daughter had a hot beef baguette which looked amazing. We also had a portion of chips to share. It was really nice. Coffees as well. Lovely, Thank you.
