I'd had trouble with my heating for over a year. I was fed up with plumbers either not turning up or not returning to do the job. After phoning Ricky he quickly Came out and had a plan for the work. He worked the full day on Saturday with his colleague to complete a complicated job. I now have a warm house again and I'm so grateful for the professionalism, quick turnaround and expertise they showed to get the job done and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for anything.

One Heat service our boiler annually and are always responsive to queries and any issues with the boiler. Following our most recent service an issue was identified and consequently we decided to replace the boiler. OneHeat recommended & obtained the replacement boiler with no hassle and quickly arranged the installation with no issues and with minimal mess. They also arranged for removal of the old boiler same day. Would definitely recommend.

When you hear strange noises from your fireplace in the middle of the night you have two choices: you phone the Ghostbusters or you phone JPT services! Luckily Jonathan from JPT was able to come round on the same day, remove my gas fire and rescue the enormous pigeon that had fallen down the chimney. Once the bird was returned to the sky (safe and well), he replaced the fire and gave me piece of mind by talking me through all the safety tests he was doing. He even took the time to try to improve the efficiency of the fire. An excellent service and great value for money, I will definitely be using the company again.

Organising the installation of a new off mains drainage system at my property was something of a daunting prospect! Very fortuitously I found Flowfinity! From start to finish everything was explained clearly, my questions answered, my worries allayed and work was able to begin quite quickly, taking advantage of favourable weather! I have just had this company replaced nearly every radiator in my house. The work was completed in a day by Marcin and his co workers.When I returned, after leaving them to it in the morning, I honestly couldn't tell they had ever been there. They cleaned up everything and returned carpets to original positions. I would certainly recommend them should you be looking for a reliable, tidy, friendly and competitive heating and plumbing company.

Fantastic!!! Very polite, punctual and knowledgeable guys.... I did my DIY bathroom/shower and the water pressure was shocking. Water pump or new boiler was needed. We opted for the new boiler which he started the very next day and finished in 2 days. Removed old tank in loft and we've gained a new storage cupboard where another tank was "bonus". Even stored some mess up's I did.... Will be definitely using his service's again and referring to family and friends. Thanks Liam & Callum

We’d rang round many plumbers asking for help to replace our expansion vessel that had a hole in it and as result we had to turn off the hot water. So, it was an urgent problem that no other plumbers except CPMS were interested in sorting. The very next day they came round and replaced the vessel with expert ease. Just had my first experience with CPMS and it was great! Matt got things arranged for James to come out and sort my boiler as quickly as he could. James was a really nice guy and seemed more than happy for me to loiter around and ask questions while he worked. They both made me feel like they cared about helping me and getting things sorted, and the pricing was fair. Couldn't have asked for better really.

Chris and Matt were both great. They were able to fit me in before Christmas to replace my shower and kitchen tap. Matt came to complete the work…friendly and knowledgable……also reasonable pricing. Called Martyn out to a boiler emergency. He was on a job but came within an hour and carried out repair.He also came back day's later to carry out the yearly boiler service. Him and his son are clean and reliable workers and also reasonably priced on jobs.I definitely would recommend him to anyone looking for a top local plumber.

Just had some good news for a change . Had a leak on the bath waste pipes coming out of the house at my house in Yorkshire . Didn't look into getting it sorted just called an online company that has local plumbers on the books . Made the appointment and gave card details and then two days later the plumber turns up . At the house 10 minutes , got my tenant to run the bath while he videoed it on his phone then said I need to go back to the office and work out a quote . I get a bill for £162 ,, not for the job , the quote . Seems they charge £125 for the first half hour then £75 every 15 minutes after , regardless of what they're doing . So me being me left them an eloquent review on Trust Pilot , which resulted in an apology email and a full refund . So I decided to give the small guys a go . Sent a message to a company and a guy called Martyn replied . Said he was pulled out last week but would go today . Got a call from him this morning to say he was at the house , could see the problem , was confident it could be done working just from outside and if it's OK with me can he crack on , wouldn't be a costly job . I replied yep , crack on mate . Just had a message to say he'd done the job and an invoice for £72 . That's for digging out cement and fitting two new knuckle bend joints into a downpipe and filling back up the cement . Not a big job but a job well done by an honest tradesmen that doesn't charge stupid money . Lesson learned ☺️
