Mark came out to an emergency drainage problem on Saturday evening, quickly identified the issue, got rid of the blockage, cleaned up and then came back the Sunday morning to permanently fix the issue. He is hard working, pleasant, explains what he's doing the whole time and is very reasonably priced. I can't fault him at all, if I could give 6 stars I would. BTW he is busy but if he says he's coming then he is even when it's late in the day.

Mark was very experienced and located the issue straight away. Popped the manhole lid and got to work. Very efficient an very reasonably price. Talked us through what he was doing and kept us updated throughout. Would recommend.

Mark was excellent in sorting our broken tap. Came out late in the evening to make it secure and able to function without turning water off. Returned within two days to replace tap. It was so reasonably priced. Honest and genuine. Really friendly guy too. Would recommend. Will use again.

Matt & Paul have done a fantastic job of replacing our bathroom suite and retiling the floor and walls, as well as retiling our kitchen floor. Having read previous reviews and having met Matt on a couple of occasions prior to them starting work, we were comfortable allowing them to carry out the work whilst we were on holiday. When we returned, after only 10 days, they had not only completed the work to an excellent standard, they had also done a great job of leaving the house clean and tidy. Beau Plumbing were the only company who responded to our request for a quote for our business, and were also prompt, friendly and efficient in all their communications with us. I would have no hesitation in using them again and would happily recommend them to others.

From initial quote through to finished job everything went seamless. We had a complete new bathroom suite, replacement floor, walls back to bare brick, replastered and tiled. The finished job was way above my expectations, nothing phased Paul and Matt. At the end of each day everything was left clean and tidy, I highly recommend Beau Plumbing & Tiling.

Mark came out on an urgent Sunday call today from the other side of Huddersfield, used the last of his petrol (literally) to get here, and worked up a ladder in the dark, wind and the rain to help us with our soil stack that had come loose in the storm. Mark is an amazing man with his work! He came to remove an old oven and to fit a new oven which was going from gas to electric. The knowledge this man has for his work is outstanding, he quoted me £120 for this job. He spent 8 hours at my home doing this job because the electrics was being difficult and still wanted £120 but I said no and gave him £200 because the work he did was amazing, the kind man he is, full of conversation, takes pride in his work. I would 100% recommend this man to anybody. I rang him and he was straight out to do it, no messing about. Absolutely amazing worker

I cannot recommend Mark enough, I was quoted £230 for a job he did for £80. I called him out for a blocked toilet and he was out within the hour. My electric shower wasn't allowing water to flow, but I had hot high pressure water throughout the rest of the house. Mark took the time to assess any electrical faults in the initial unit, and tried to isolate the water to flow through my existing shower. He told me the exact kw needed for the new model, and even recommend what and where to buy from. Mark absolutely went out of his way, not only fitting the new shower but finding a potentially dangerous electrical fault in.my cellar. He would not leave until he knew I had the information to fix my electrics. He didn't need to look at my fuse box but did out of common decency and dudiligence. Thank you so much Mark I appreciate your hard work!

Mark literally saved my life today - my house sprang a leak at 4am and he was out by 8am to fix it for me, and that’s only because I said I’d rather wait and get some sleep. His prices are very affordable, he’s knowledgable about his craft and diligent in getting the job done. Cannot recommend this man enough!

Had to have a new boiler after my 17 year old one was on its last legs and asked for recommendations on my local FB page. These guys came out top. No hard sell on which boiler to have. Appointments, Quotes and invoices all sent via email. Honest advice was given about boilers and which to choose for best warranty etc. They arranged fitting round my work schedule, turned up on time. Hardly knew they were there. Both Scott and Macauley were polite and friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again when needed and would recommend to anyone for a good honest service. Would definitely recommend Scott/BoilerFix! He got back to me straight away in the evening and was here by lunch time the following day. Very professional, polite and genuinely just wants to help and provide a great service. He solved my problem straight away and gave me some fab advice and recommendations.
