We are highly delighted with the transformation of our bathroom by Chris and Mark. Chris gave us very good advice on what to avoid when choosing the bathroom suite and saved us money. The work was completed in five days, considering the amount of work that had to be done with the minimum of mess. Scott, the electrician and Connor, completed this hard working team. Chris, Mark and their team have recently refitted our bathroom and installed an unvented water cylinder as an alternative to a power shower. At every stage in this process we were impressed by the advice and recommendations Chris gave us for each of our requests that we wanted to include. He recommended showrooms to visit and suppliers to ensure that our requirements were fully met. Despite a 6 month wait (due to his full work schedule) for our new bathroom Chris kept to the date set and always replied promptly to any contact we made in the interim. Each person in the team worked incredibly hard, skillfully and respected us, our property and cleared away everything tidily at the end of each day. We are thrilled with our new bathroom and it was definitely worth the wait. Thank you!!

Chris, with his team, have just completed a full bathroom refit along with building a new cupboard to house our boiler which they had moved. They have also remove a dishwasher and installed a cupboard in the space as well as fitting a new sink. All the work has been done to the highest standard and the care they have all taken of our house was excellent. As with all work you do on a house there have been challenges, all were dealt with promptly and completely e.g. the leek in the kitchen which turn out to be nothing they had done but an old adaption not done properly - no fuss, just sorted. From the moment we chose our bespoke fitted kitchen to the installation everything was fantastic and was carried out fitted to an extremely high standard. The redesign of our kitchen was fabulously done by Jovy. He explained everything in detail, the installation team lead by Danny was first class. Jovy and his team came to our assistance as Our Cistern had corroded and we needed a new boiler, radiators and shower, these were fitted and tested within 5 days. There work is outstanding and the quality of the products installed were excellent and exactly to our requirements. I am so pleased with the service from Jovy Danny and Ethan they went above and beyond fitting and replacing items and they cleaned and replaced carpets furniture as they had never been moved. I will definitely recommend Clearwater plumbing and heating Wakefield to my friends and family and would like to thank them for an excellent job.

Very happy with all aspects of the work carried out by Marcin and Tomas. They replaced a downstairs shower with a utility room and fitted a new shower upstairs. Really appreciated their professionalism and positive approach. Very reliable and trustworthy.

I highly recommend the gas man for his excellent service and professionalism. He arrived within hours after my call to issue a gas certificate for my boiler. He explained what was not working well and advised how much would fixing it cost. He did not push me to just buy a new one even though the old one was already 8 years old. He gave me the option to choose what was best for me. I decided to go for a new boiler which he fitted the following morning for a reasonable price. He also did gas inspections at my other properties and was always good, fast and had fair prices. He is very reliable, friendly and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with his work and will definitely use him again in the future.

Chris and Matt have replaced a bathroom suite, installed a downstairs toilet, plumbed in our new kitchen and changed all of our radiators to cast iron for us. Just had my first experience with CPMS and it was great! Matt got things arranged for James to come out and sort my boiler as quickly as he could. James was a really nice guy and seemed more than happy for me to loiter around and ask questions while he worked. They both made me feel like they cared about helping me and getting things sorted, and the pricing was fair. Couldn't have asked for better really.

I picked this company as it was local and for its positive reviews when the boiler broke and I was very happy with my choice . Their communication was great , came on time to the appointment and fixed it. Also did a few extra tasks like cleaning pipes which help the boilers efficiency and cleaned over the casing . I had a leak that required emergency attention, this worried me as a recently new home owner. Mr Mulla was polite, punctual, and professional. Not only did he reassure me that the leak had been fixed, but he also educated me about my home's plumbing system and things to look out for. Excellent service. Came out the next day of me contacting Paul to have a look at a fault on my boiler. Paul found the issue within minutes of being here and said he could get the part and do it straight away. I made contact regarding a new boiler quote, there was no obligation but the cost was super competitive so just over a week later my new Gloworm boiler has arrived. The lads were brilliant, on time, very clean and professional. Ensured my Hive was all set up. Our boiler suddenly stopped working due to a blockage in the condensate pipe. Aquaheat got us an engineer to see to it within a few hours and it was fixed, but the engineer told us it would be a recurring issue as the pipe was laid too flat for it to drain properly. Aquaheat then sent us a quote for further repairs which we accepted, and they sent Rajko to install new piping and service the boiler. He did a great job - very tidy work without any issues, and showed me pictures he had taken of the new pipework in the loft and on the outside wall. Now, hopefully we can rest easily without waking up to a cold house!

I appreciate the excellent work. Rajko(plumber) Replaced an old worn down part from a sink were the pipes kept leaking and sink got completely blocked, now it’s unblocked and working perfectly. He also provided us with some useful information/advice on how to maintain the sink with the new part. The plumber came out relatively quickly (same day) The sink is working perfectly now, So as a whole I’m very pleased with quality of service. 🚰👨‍🔧😀

So impressed with the service from Aqua Heat, and couldn’t recommend them more highly! We’ve used them several times over the past few years, in our previous house (a new build with new-ish boiler) and our current house (Edwardian house with an ancient boiler!), and there’s hasn’t been anything they’ve not been able to help us with. We wouldn’t trust anyone else. Today, a brilliant engineer called Jamie was with us to replace our boiler and carry out a ‘power flush’ of our heating system. He was so professional and the quality of the finish of his work was excellent. The old boiler was boxed in with a tight fitting cupboard and he was able to dismantle this and then refit it after the install was done (see pics), which I couldn’t believe! I was fully expecting to need to have to get a joiner out to build us a new cupboard. Thank you Jamie! Furthermore, the admin team in the office are always super helpful, and I’m grateful for them fitting us in at short notice. All in all, excellent service from start to finish 😊

Bought my own toilet and quote to fit it £219. Thought it was worth paying for a reputable company. No complications with the fitting but was charged £46 for parts I could have purchased from B&Q for £10.. £265 to fit a toilet felt like allot and a faff getting an invoice right. The guy who fitted it was really nice but left loads of mould from my old toilet on my hallway carpet.
